Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Kiba Frost July 21st 2013, 7:19 pm

As they moved for the house, Kiba felt Dante close to her. At first it was just behind her, then he was next to her, fur brushing fur. She gave a soft sigh and rolled her eyes. Males... She thought with a shake of her head, it made her giggle. When they arrived at the camp, her ears flicked. They weren't alone, but for some reason, she didn't care. This time it was two, a male and a female. She tossed the rabbit aside and turned her head around, looking in the direction where the smell was strongest. The young female could have sworn she saw a flash of black fur, but ignored it.

Dante addressed Ty of living conditions and Kiba wondered why she was special enough to live in Dante's house. Was it cause she was practically his sister? Or simply just cause she was his first pack mate? Again, this was not the time to ask, she could wait. As Dante morphed into his human form, Kiba did the same, bending her back in a stretch that made her limbs feel less weak and tight. A yawn escaped her pale pink lips a couple of times.

The young girl huffed mentally, she hated this stupid form. She preferred the wind in her long white fur. But now, her blue eyes shone a bit brighter, tints of silver making them stand out. Her long blonde hair fell over her back, the bangs hanging in her eyes until she took a small hand and brushed them out. Remind me next time I shop, not to get such tight pants.. Kiba muttered to herself as she felt the tight sting of the pale blue skinny jeans. Skinny wasn't even the correct term. The dark colored band shirt hugged her curves and she put her hair up in a pony tail, though her bangs stayed down, before she followed Dante into the house. He was tense and for some reason it bothered her. "Hey, you. Lighten up tough guy." She smiled, hugging his side tightly, nuzzling his shoulder with her nose, before pulling away and prancing off to the kitchen.

As they raced through the forest, the black brute watched Dante move his position alongside Kiba. Overprotective brute... He thought. It didn't matter though. The she wolf might be young now, but one day she was going to grow up, and then she wouldn't need or want the Alpha dripping saliva all over her fur from being so close 24/7. When the reached the clearing, he looked around, it was a nice place. It had a cozy setting and it didn't look like humans would be able to find it so easily. Ty was stretching out when he caught the scent of more wolves, loners. Well, that was unless they were together, but he assumed not. One male and one female, poor Dante. It just wasn't his lucky day.

When he spoke to Ty, once again, he only picked up bits and pieces. The big house was Dante's and he could pick any of the other houses to bunk in. But he gave the white wolf a respectful nod. Watching closely, Dante shifted into his human form, followed by Kiba. He too shifted. Glancing to the blond haired girl he was amazed that she had once been a white wolf. Her skin was a natural shade, beautiful hair, and I figure that could turn anybody if they happened to be gay. The male had to silently slap himself for practically gawking at her, he didn't need to hear it out from her father figure.

He slightly chuckled at the red heads phone conversation with her dad. He knew the feeling, but now he was here, and that didn't matter. "Parents, huh? I can understand you on that one." He gave her a simple smile, naturally being friendly, but not over or under the limit. Just seriously, being friendly, Ty scratched the back of his head, ruffling up the back as he followed the other figures into the house. He could use a drink, his limbs ached and fatigue was quickly kicking in.

Kiba had practically bowled into Dante and he assumed everyone was a bit tense right now. He was the first new male here, he wasn't going to be trusted easily, and now there were 2 new wolves out there just lurking near his camp. Poor guy. Ty actually felt a bit of sympathy for the Alpha, but held his tongue, watching him react the the young girl as she laid her head against his shoulder for a moment before bouncing off into the kitchen. He stood beside Dante for a minute, giving him a look of amusement, though the sympathy still lingered as he made his way after the young girl.

>>edit last post so it makes more sense<<

Gabriel watched from a distance as the wolves one by one morphed into their human forms. It was cool to watch, and the sight of it made Gabriel smirk his famous crooked grin. They seemed so ordinary in their human forms conversing and talking on cell phones, clinging to each other like high school couples head-over-heels. But he knew they were more than what they seemed. A wolf hierarchy lying behind the scenes dictating who could be with who and who can eat with who. Just like high school. Gabriel rolled his eyes.

As the werewolves before him went along their own ways, Gabriel decided he wanted to make an appearance. Leaping into the air, he appeared in human form and instinctively shook his fingers through his hair. He yawned slightly before clutching his stomach to muffle the protesting of his stomach - he hadn't eaten all day.

Feeling a little awkward, Gabe straightened his back to his regular six foot height as he approached the werewolves conversing calmly. Dipping his head a bit he raised his hand and gave a slight wave to the group. He smiled and cursed under his breath. This sucks.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Dante Hawthorne July 21st 2013, 10:46 pm

Home sweet home it was. Dante had lived in the woods for most of his life whether it be a den in the ground or a cave somewhere. He preferred to actually over the city life or even a home, but this one still smelled like the outdoors, like the logs that it was built from had just been cut down. Well of course and Dante's meals he brought back. But it felt comforting to be here and once inside he could relax, almost like his true home in Iceland that he had been trying to replicate with this building. Dante shook out his hair once more and watched as the other two followed suit with shifting back, his cool blues ran over Kiba and stayed on her as she approached and hugged him from the side; he put his arm over her shoulder and gave it a light squeeze before letting go. At her words he had to allow a smirk to cross his lips and grow at the ends, telling him to lighten up huh... That didn't bother him but to ease her he would a little bit. Dante nodded slowly as she went further inside. Then his blue gaze moved onto the only other male in their little pack... Dante hesitated but moved out of the way for him to come inside.

But it didn't appear that things were done, no, it wasn't time for relaxing just yet like he had hoped and desired. There were two wolves now, he could smell them plain as day, but now there was another male... Dante's gaze narrowed at that, here they go again. This one would get the same treatment that the other did, once more would he have to make himself clear about what he expected and how he was not fooling around. Perhaps he was too big for his balls but this was how he was going to run things and if they didn't like it they didn't need to stay. Sure he would love to gain more wolves but not if he was going to be disrespected and not if they could follow what he told them.

From the thick tree line over yonder, he watched two different forms approach, a dark furred wolf; that one must have been the female that he had smelled, then a male that shed his wolf skin before moving towards the small group. Dante's gaze narrowed on each of them, giving a quick look over of them both before they brought up their reasons for being here. Since he was a little impatient, he didn't give them a chance, but tried to remain collected and calm.

He put his hands behind his back, chest puffed out a bit and tilted his head up, icy orbs locked on the two of them."Two birds with one stone I see... Well, you've come at the right time. State your reasons for being here, we have a meal to prepare yet and Im famished." Hunger usually was above everything with Dante, that and other things that he would not let on about. Everyone here saw the side of him that he wanted them to see, an easy going guy, respectable, but one that shouldn't be messed with. He had preferred that it would stay that way too, the other part of him was... Not to be seen. Shaking his head mentally he focused on the matter at hand and crossed his arms across his chest as he waited a response from the two new folk.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Kiba Frost July 21st 2013, 11:24 pm

The young girl smiled when she felt Dante put his arm around her shoulder and give her a small squeeze. She turned toward the kitchen and prepared ice water for everyone who wanted that and pulled out a bit of alcohol for Dante, knowing that after today, he was probably going to want it. If she had learned anything from him in the small amount of time she knew him it was the respect he expected from the pack members and his love for alcohol. She set them on the counter and watched him open the door for the two new members that stood there. Personally, Kiba was glad for the males that were joining. It made the pack stronger, even if Dante didn't enjoy accepting them, he would be proud of it when the small pack grew and thrived.

Noticing his tenseness getting worse again she let out a small giggle of laughter and walked toward him. When got close enough, she realized the male was in his human form while the female remained in her wolf. Her fur color was pretty, the black seemed to bring out her figure. Silently, she gave them both a warm welcome, knowing they probably wouldn't get it from the Alpha. Turning to him now, she rested her arm along his waist and cast her blue eyes toward him. They were warm and kind of soothing, telling him to relax and that it would all be fine. She gave him a pat on the shoulder before turning and sitting on the couch, waving her hand for Jesse to follow her.

The girl was different, but in a good way. She reminded Kiba a lot of herself when she had not known she was a werewolf and went to high school like any normal girl. Jesse still had a connection with her family and it gave Kiba a kind of longing feeling. Dante and her had talked about their pasts a lot when they first met. It made them closer. Not just as a pack, but a family as well. She thought of everyone in the pack as a sort of family. She loved them all in their own way, yet Dante was very important to her. The red haired shape shifter too. She smiled to the girl and patted the spot beside her for her to sit. Her blue eyes were warm and friendly again, back to her usual self. "Hai Jesse. That was some crazy stuff you can do back there. Shifting? That's awesome. If you don't mind my asking, how did you get like that? Were you born or like given it?" Her gaze was curious, but she didn't want to dig too deep into her personal life, the shifting just really sparked her interest.

She leaned aqkwardly on a wall near the door, unsure of what to do. She was the only shifter, and when Dante opened the door she felt a bit more alone. as now she was becoming a bit more aqkward. She quietly checks her phones messages, seeing some from varying 'friends'. Mostly from people that sent her insults and she ignored. Sighing slightly and muttering a swear she slips her phone away to look around.

Being called over she went over and sat down, listening with a questioning look before smiling. She acctually coouldn't help herself, she becomes serious for a moment.  "Maybe I was born with it. . ." Flips her hair comically; "Maybe its Mayeballen." She giggled at herself. "But I was born with it. It wasn't mayballen. Genetics, dad's a shifter. Somehow though most of the people at my school don't like my genes. Or 'Jeans' if you wanna be funny."  She smiled at her, looking at thew door. "Your getting a lot of new arrivals."

TUrning back to her she smiles. "So what about you? Do you just know your a werewolf or do you somehow know or do you find it out on a fullmoon night like in the stories?" She had only learned of were-wolves through old stories and library books on mythical creatures. She checked them out becuase they also held some stuff on shifters.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Akashia was surprised by the sudden appearance of the brown male that was behind her. Was he there the whole time? Akashia side-stepped away from the wolf and bumped into the side of the house. Ouch, embarrassing. Shaking out her dark fur trying to brush off the accident, she locked her golden eyes on the dark male that was approaching the log cabin. Who does he think he is? She studied him as he morphed into his human form - which was pretty intense to watch. He seemed to have noticed her, but seemed to pay little attention to her. Usually Akashia brushed off this type of behavior - she almost never initiated conversation, she had no intention to. It just led down a road of betrayal and heartbreak. A face flashed before her eyes and she blinked it away - today was not the day to walk down memory lane.

As the tall brown haired boy approached the door, Akashia lifted a paw to crane her neck. When she poked her nose toward the door, she backed away as quickly as she could. The leader was coming. He stood in the door with composure as he looked toward both of them, his shockingly blue eyes locked on both the newcomers. Akashia was ticked off that the tall brown-haired boy just appeared and made things tense. Now that things are stressful and the boy made this seem like a bombardment, Akashia tapped her paw on the earth impatiently. Who does he think he is?

"Two birds with one stone I see... Well, you've come at the right time. State your reasons for being here, we have a meal to prepare yet and I'm famished."

Akashia nearly leaped out of her fur when the leader began to speak, she was so focused on studying the other guy who showed up and stole her moment that the voice startled her. Akashia looked up at the tall mysterious man up close now, his blue eyes intriguing her. She almost didn't notice the small blonde that snuck up beside him. Her warm gaze countered his cold one and made the teenager sigh a bit. Maybe she'll have a chance here.

Akashia leaned back on her hind legs, and with a kick she sprung upwards into human form, her dark hair falling in sheets across her back. Her bangs that now consumed her face were brushed to the side by her hand revealing her golden wolf eyes that never seemed to transform. Akashia stood and bit her lip - she felt a bit awkward here, like the pressure was all on her. Tugging at her shirt, she made a quick moment of eye contact with the leader as his small blonde friend detached herself from his side - after that moment she looked away.

"To be completely honest, I don't know what I'm doing here. I saw you guys shift and, well, I thought I was alone until now..."

Akashia trailed off. She bit her lip again and flipped her bangs from her face. 18 years old and she still doesn't know how to introduce herself. Way to go.

Ty watched as the two wolves at the door began to introduce themselves. He laid himself comfortably on the couch and watched Kiba make drinks then try to comfort Dante a the new comers. He would have to get used to taking in new males, Kiba wouldn't always be around to soothe him when he needed it. It wasn't her job to take care of his problems, which Ty was sure he had plenty of. They acted like mates and it was obvious they weren't.

He sat there patiently not doing much as he waited for Dante to either accept or kick out the new wolves that stood at the door. Ty really didn't care none the less and couldn't help but intervene, listening to the two girls that sat opposite him and conversed on the couches.

The petite girl slowly made her way up the walk, practically bouncing with each step. It'd been hours since she had seen her newfound friends, and there were a few new additions as well. It thrilled her that their pack was constantly growing. "Woah. We have enough people for a party now?" Mattie's voice was excited as she walked up to the newcomer, and her alpha. It seemed she hadn't been given an invite....Ah well, she was more than happy to crash this little party, if they'd allow her in. After all, she'd thought that she had gotten along with all of them pretty well. "Evening, Alpha." She murmured quietly, looking up at the larger male. He was currently taking care of a new wolf, so she wouldn't speak until after he had settled things with this one. Mattie figured that showing respect was always a good first move. And she would allow him to speak before rudely asking to just barge right in, although she really did want to see Kiba and Jesse again. Rolling her weight back on her left foot, she waited to be either welcomed in, or sent home.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Dante Hawthorne July 23rd 2013, 7:44 pm

Dante was being as patient as one could be in a situation like this; approached by two potential new members, one of which being male, and wanting to go fill his growing hunger with the meal that awaited inside. Well it still had to be prepared but greeting these two wolves was getting in the way of that. He tried to remain level headed and keep his composure, appear well in front of these two newcomers though he was going to get his point across too. That he wasn't pulling any punches around here but could be a great guy, if he received respect, they would get respect in return. All would go well if they did just that and stayed in line; he was a more than fair alpha anyways so breaking any pack laws would be ridiculous.

The female was the first to speak and state her reason for being here after her wolf skin was lifted from her, revealing a slender, dark haired woman. All the wolves here that he had gained or had approached the territory were fairly young, well either still in their teens or just making it out of those years. Young and able but still not as experienced with the world, hell not even Dante himself really was with as much as he had been through, but he was here to guide them and they to teach him a few things.

Dante eyed the woman first, slowly looking her over as she spoke but the alpha returned his wandering blue up to meet her own before she turned them hellward as if afraid to hold gazes with him. He preferred eye contact but most around here seemed to be the exact opposite, similar instincts between them that he didn't have? Whatever the reason was it wasn't something he wanted to question at the moment, there were more important matters. Though the words that left this she-wolf's lips were similar to other's reasons he had heard before, quite a few of them didn't know about their own species, thought that they were some endangered species or something... Dante couldn't understand how so many didn't know about their own kind, especially so many of them nonetheless. Times were different he supposed.

He remained silent as she finished and then looked to the male, eying him as well, giving him a silent evaluation of sorts. Nothing out of the ordinary, typical of young males these days, but he watched him more carefully than the other. Males were more prone to attack than females, attack if they wish for a higher status within the pack or other reasons pertaining to their natural instincts. Dante made the assumption that he was here for the very same reason that the female was and it all revolved around the pack so he stated this."I wish to save time so I think it is safe to assume that you are here for a similar reason. Are you not? You both had to have come this far for something. Belonging. It is only natural for us to feel this, we're pack animals. So spare me the details for later and join us inside." Dante spoke to the two he was faced with here, looking between them more sternly now as he continued after pausing."But heed my warning... Those who betray my trust, betray my pack will have their blood spilled right where they stand. Traitors are not tolerated."

And with that said, he allowed them to soak it all in, burn his words into their minds so that when they even think about harming his wolves they will instantly be reminded of the consequences. A familiar aroma hit his nose, one of his own had returned and Dante watched as Madeline strolled up into camp to join them, he gave her a genuine smile and motioned for her to go inside."Madeline." He said with a nod in greeting."Thank you for joining us tonight, the others are in the living room I believe." And with that said, he brought his cool blues back to the two new wolves, looking over his shoulder. He nodded for them to follow.''And by the way... Name's Dante." The dark haired male turned fully around at that and headed inside to join everyone else, striding slowly through the house. He stopped at the kitchen first and dug around his fridge to pull out a box filled with bottles of Captain Morgan and then headed on into the living room, setting it down on the coffee table; he grabbed one and opened it."Well, time to have a little celebration." Dante chuckled at that, tilting his bottle up before bringing it to his lips.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Kiba Frost July 23rd 2013, 8:19 pm

Kiba was silently watching the door, yet listening to the girl beside her as well. She giggled slightly at the girls joke. At least she still had a connection with her dad, Kiba's history was a touchy subject. Only Dante knew about it, and she wasn't even sure she trusted him with that information. She forced herself to push that thought away. Dante had been good to her, taking her in like the lost little dog she was, but she wanted to know her place here.

The blond haired girl turned to the red head in front of her and gave off a soft smile, there was no need for her to be hostile, everyone here seemed well....well most of them did. Her gaze slipped to the brown haired male called Ty on the couch across from them and she felt a shiver creep up her side. "Ugh he makes me nervous.." She murmured half to herself and half to anybody around her. "Anyways, yes it kinda works like that. I was at a party...My fifteenth birthday when I first changed under the moonlight. Hurt like a bitch." She laughed halfheartedly but continued on, keeping out most of the detail. "And I scared the guy I had been getting friendly with half to death. Man,he probably thought I was a little something from the deepest depths of hell. After that I just fled, never turned a eye back in the direction. Traveled for a while, found myself a cute little cave on the beach and stayed there. After about a year, after my I turned sixteen, Dante found me and things looked up from there. He took me in like one of his own and now were pretty close." She smiled at the thought of that morning, it meant a lot to her. "As for how I became one, my mother was one. I didn't realize that until Dante and me sat down the first night here and really talked to each other, about everything. Then it hit me that she was and I was a pureblood. It was bound to happen, the change, but I could never return to them now." Grief filled her eyes for a moment as Dante led the group into the house. Recognizing Madeline, she got to her feet.

"A drink would sound nice right about now." She mumbled, shaking her head and pressing her hand against it for a moment before gathering herself to her feet. Catching Dante's eye in the kitchen, she turned away. She grabbed bottles of water before heading back to the kitchen, handing one to Jesse and Ty before settling back down. Scootching over on the couch, she smiled and waved to Madeline, before patting the seat beside her, indicating for Dante to sit down with them.

She nodded slightly. "So. . . Some of the stories were kinda right. . . Okay." She quietly pulled her feet up, looking at her hands. She felt quietly turns it into a webbed entity again. A thin web of skin going from finger to finger as light blue scales spread up to her elbow. Idly opening and closing her fingers to check out the mesh.

Funny thing about shape shifters, if they can imagine it, they can probably turn into it. With time of course. Her father was a near expert in it, an almost master. He had taught her the basics and told her to go from there, becuase no two shapeshifters think alike. One may have one that they feel very comfortable in while another will freak out in it. But for a body that does exist - IE; A shark, she would have to study that body to see how it works, where the organs are, the bones, etc. For made up ones well, try try again.

She quietly snaps back into reality as she was handed a water. Quietly allowing her hand to become fleshy again before taking her water and adjusts her sitting to sit indain style. Quietly uncapping the water - assuming it had one - and begins to stip it. "Shank yew Kiiba." She sips her water, smiling slightly. "Hey Madline, come join us!"

Ty continued to watch the men and now 2 woman that stood at the door. Well preferably ladies and young men, seeing they were younger than Dante and himself. He smiled slightly, overhearing Kiba's past history and how she had her first changing at 15. It felt kinda cool to know the background of the people or creatures around him. But it really pissed him off the way she talked about Dante like they were something special. Truth is, they weren't. She was just another she wolf in the pack of wolves and he was almost positive that was the way Dante would think of her.

As she was talking about her mother, a look of grief crossed her face and she found an excuse to get up and leave the area. Returning, she handed him a water and he grabbed her arm, pulling her down to him so he could whisper in her ear once more. Once again, the words were for her ears only, making sure no one around could hear. "Don't talk so sweetly about that Dante. See how he just takes in females easily and hunts out words of the males? It's because you she wolves are like property, that's how it works. Males that don't respect packs or hierarchy are in risk of stealing Dante's property. Keep that in mind." He would smile at the look of shock that crossed her bright blue eyes as she concluded to sit back beside her friend and offer Dante a seat beside her. Poor little wolf, stuck inside her own fantasies.

The light haired man would wave to the one called Madeline and give her a light smile, moving over on the couch to make room for others in case the other couch would be squished with more bodies. The words he had said to the young female were mostly true. The Alpha would keep females for breeding season and like property. No one got their hands on them besides the one in charge, or at least not without permission from the Alpha. It would be like trespassing on owned land. Stepping off their boundaries.

He had remembered her name? That surprised Madeline and brought a smile to her lips. Perhaps he would be a good alpha; one that actually connected with his pack mates on a personal level rather than strictly business. One he had welcomed her into his home, Mattie gave him a polite nod and walked in, looking around the cozy little home before letting out a low wolf whistle. "Swanky." The girl muttered with a small smile, talking in Dante's home. It was big and decorated rather nicely. Everything seemed to have a similar theme, and the array of beiges and browns actually went well together. Upon a further inspection she recognized two out of the three people in the living room. There was Kiba, the beautiful blonde girl that had come off as a bit hostile, but for that Mattie admired her. After all, one couldn't be too careful, right?  And then there was Jesse, that unique shape shifting girl. Her ability was quite stunning; the scales that had earlier formed upon her face were proof enough of that. Lastly, lounged across a couch on his own was a large male, a brunette. He was handsome enough and didn't seem to pose a threat. If Dante had thought him well enough to join their pack, then Mattie stood behind his decision. After all, that's what the pack members did. Stand behind the alpha, no matter what, right? At the beckoning of the two girls, Mattie walked into the living room, flashing the male wolf a wide smile as he sat up on the couch to make room for her.

"Hi, Kiba. Hi, Jesse." Mattie greeted the two girls, before turning her gaze upon the new wolf. Offering him another little smile, Mattie stuck her small hand out. "Hi there. I'm Madeline, but you can call me Mattie. All of you, for that matter." She adds as an afterthought, turning to look at the girls with a smile. (OOC: You can spell it as 'Maddy' if you want to,  I just prefer to spell it Mattie.) "So, what is everyone up to?" Mattie leaned back against the couch cushions comfortably. She was a person who was naturally comfortable and friendly. Although she had just met these people, she counted them as friends. Perhaps she was a bit too trusting, but she still had a good head on her shoulders. And now, was the time for small talk.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Samantha Deadwood July 24th 2013, 5:00 am

Samantha slowly swung from a park swing. Something was placed in her lap as the swing began to creak, her feet planted on the ground. She gave a small sigh, taking a page with her index finger and thumb she turned it. On the other side more pictures displayed this one being of her and her brothers when she had her third birthday. Lucas was holding her in his arms as she was opening her gifts the boys got her. She gave a smile to the thought as she gently began to move her feet. Going to the balls of her feet and rolling back to her heels. The brunette just shook her head, not recalling that time but it look like she was happy. A picture of herself having spaghetti sauce on her face with Bryce next to her making a silly face. She flipped towards the back where the recent photos were. It landed with one of them all together. Her mom insisted that they quit fiddling around and smile but they just couldn't stop laughing. Trent had told them about his incident in the hallway where he came out of the bathroom with toilet paper on the sole of his shoe just dragging it with him not noticing until the crush of his life, Cindy, pointed towards it. Sam of course saw the whole thing and just had to spill about it. She gave a small laugh about the memory but it seemed so distant.

Her laugh didn't seem so happy anymore either I miss you guys so much she thought to herself. Giving a quivering smile as tears fell down her cheek landing straight for the worn page, it had turned yellow over time. She gave a stern shake of her head, Sam! Snap out of it. It was your choice to leave, it was a good choice as well. Looking at the page the tears kept coming however. She missed her brothers they were their for her when her parents didn't even tuck her in bed at night. She looked to the otherwise of the page. Their she was with Bryce he had pulled her on her back and Simon had snapped the picture of her making a weird laughing face. Bryce told her she had to put it in the scrapbook no matter how embarrassing she looked, but she knew he just wanted to do it because he looked amazing in it. She wondered if her family even thought about her, well, she knew her brothers did but what about her mom and dad they didn't seem very excited when she called they almost sounded angry as if it was her that caused all the stress on them.

She gave a small growl under her breath and closed the leather book. Touching the cover that had the engraving 'Family' in golden letters. She gently began to trace it and then placed it in her bag. No more dwelling in the past, she grabbed her skateboard and walked over to the sidewalk. Her head flashing with memories still, placing her board down she placed one foot on the top and one leg pushed her off. Avoiding giant cracks in the sidewalk she would do an Ollie or a kick flip. Her eyes began to wonder around the scenery, noticing only now how long she had been fiddling with her scrapbook. It was getting dark the fun now saying its goodbye and the moon was now saying hello. She paused for a moment, ah, the moon. She gave a warm smile welcoming it, personally she preferred the cool nights rather then the hot summers. Giving another kick off her skateboard she was off to where ever she felt like going next. Exploring a few more shops around the town should be simple, she was hoping that maybe she could pick back up on guitar or something like that. Maybe catch a few waves with her surfboard, or just enjoy an evening stroll of her skateboard.

Samantha gave up on the city and came to a part of town she never seen before, a small sigh came fro, her plush lips and then began to skate down a sidewalk. She honestly had no clue where she was going. Suddenly a smell caught her and she skidded to a stop. It was in the woods, she could smell them, a lot of them. Werewolves, a pack of them. Instantly she grabbed her board and kicked flipped it upwards. Catching it smoothly in her hands she picked it up and tucked it under her arm. Shrugging her shoulder as she felt her back began to slid down, she gave another sniff. Interesting... Making up her mind she ditched the concrete jungle and ran for the woods that were a few feet away. She had been walking in what seemed like hours, much easier if she was in her wolf form but she had to carry her stuff. Suddenly she paused, her eyes washed over a large home with a few other homes scattered around a plantation. Her small nose perked up as she knew she came to the right place. Giving a small sigh she leaned against a tree just studying the vast view there was to offer. She would advance towards the house in a few moments but right now she was contemplating on what to say.

Suddenly her eyes widened as she smelt something familiar... She couldn't get her finger on it but she knew the smell. Sniffing harder she gave a grumble, damn it! Why couldn't she remember it. That's when her curiosity got the best of her and she walked forward to the largest house on the place. Walking towards the door she paused and looked at her outfit, well, it was normal a 'Sleeping with Siren' t-shirt and a pair of dark blue skinny jeans. Her black bag hung loosely on her shoulder and her silver irises glowed brightly with enthusiasm. She fixed her brother Henry's baseball cap on her head. It still had the familiar scent of her home, her fam- no time to think about sad things right now. Finally her small hand turned into a fist and she knocked on it hard enough so people in the house would be able to hear it. She wondered just who inhabited the lands, she could tell their we're females but the strongest scent was a male's so maybe he was the Alpha. Well, duh Sam of course he is.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Guest July 25th 2013, 3:02 pm

Ty was simply getting bored of sitting on the couch, drinking the water Kiba had given him. At the sound of a knock on the door, he decided it was time for him, not them to cut out for the night. With a stretch of his arms, he silently determined how the hell he was going to get her out of the house and into the woods with him. He sat back for a moment more, a plan as good as this would need some double thinking just to make sure that absolutely everything was perfect. If the area was filling up with more and more wolves, surely they would be okay missing two for a while...or forever? The light haired male chuckled slightly at that.

Moving his eyes to the young blond girl who was sitting between Dante and Jesse on the couch, he knew she was going to be a fighter, you could see it in her eyes. He studied her body frame nonchalantly, the way the Pierce the Veil shirt tightly leveled all of her curves, the way her jeans did the same and her blonde hair hung down in her face. Oh, yes, this was going to be absolutely wonderful. His eyes shifted to Dante. What was he to do about him? The male was always so protective over specifically Kiba, and it would be quite the challenge to snatch up the girl and leave if she wasn't willing. This needed to be done tonight, he needed her to go with him now. Ty sighed, moving his gaze now to Jesse, she was also protective over the young girl. Maybe even more than Dante was. He wanted to growl, but of course, he didn't.

The male decided he was going to have to make her swoon over him, he was good at that anyways. Turning to the girl now called Mattie who approached him after he had waved, he watched as she stuck her hand out. In the friendly manner he was in, he gladly took hers and gave it a firm shake. "It's very nice to meet you, Mattie. My names Ty, and as for whats up, I was actually about to take a stroll with Kiba over there. We will be back soon, don't worry. I promise, i'll protect her." There was a bit of mischievous twirling in the young mans eyes, but he made himself look serious, not really sure what else to do. If he seemed like something was up, the two would never get out of here unscathed.

With a quiet sigh, he got to his feet, pacing over, rather slowly toward the yellow haired girl, leaning down and whispering a threat into her ear, basically his eyes said it all and no words needed to come out. His eyes told her that she better listen or trouble will brew. Before anyone else could see it, he made them serious again, and somewhat happy. Gently he grabbed Kiba's hand, leading her to the door and then outside it. He made sure that she was to reassure Dante before they left, they didn't need anyone following them. Waving a farewell, he gripped her hand a little tighter and brought them to the woods.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Kiba Frost July 25th 2013, 3:29 pm

As Kiba was finally beginning to relax in the company of other wolves, she once again felt the burn of hard dark eyes into her frame. She felt a growl rising in her throat, but Dante finally seemed content and happy, so she pushed it away. If he needed to relax to feel more comfortable, she was no one to screw it up. She smiled over to him, laying her head on his shoulder for a moment so that she could breathe in his scent. It seemed to comfort her although she was still lured by the feeling something really bad was going to happen.

At the sight of Madeline saying hello to everyone, she pushed away all the bad feelings and brightened up, but not before she laced her arm around Dante's like they did when they first met. Like she had said, he made her feel safe, like nothing could harm her if she was beside him. It was a big brother sort of thing and she had grown to love him just that much. With Dante near her, she knew no one would harm her, or even be in the area to harm her. But the words that Ty uttered sent a chill up Kiba's spine and honestly, scared the living hell out of her.

"It's very nice to meet you, Mattie. My names Ty, and as for whats up, I was actually about to take a stroll with Kiba over there. We will be back soon, don't worry. I promise, i'll protect her."
Kiba was forced to pull her arm away from Dante's before he felt the shaking that had suddenly erupted her body. She was tough mentally and physically, but his male had creeped her out from the very beginning. When he got to his feet, she wanted to growl, she wanted to scream. But Dante was happy, almost satisfied right now, she wouldn't allow him to worry.

Kiba threw on her best and most innocent smile, forcing the threat out of her mind and turned to Dante. Her bright white teeth were shining along with her blue eyes, making everything seem like it was okay and that it would stay that way. She turned to Dante's ear so she could whisper to him only. "Don't worry, we'll be fine, trust me. Have fun at the party, i'll be back real soon. And don't be so grumpy to the new wolves."  There was a hint of normal humor in her voice and it caused her to smile larger. "I love you, Dante." Her words were almost a whisper, but they were sincere. She leaned in, giving him a hard kiss on the cheek and then a large hug, nuzzling her head against his neck, we warm breath ruffling the hair along it. She made it seem like a teenage girl, begging her father to trust her for something. But it was more of a goodbye in fear that she wouldn't see him again.

Allowing Ty to grab her hand, she waved goodbye to everyone, following him out the door and toward the woods, the shivers now wracking her body.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Guest July 25th 2013, 3:58 pm

She looked up. The uih. . . . . Dammit! She hadn't thought of any other creepy pasta names! Creep, Creeper? He. . . . Minecraft. She gave herself a small slap on the mental cheeks. She off track. Anyway, Ty walked over, got Kiba, and. . . . Left? She blinked a bit, turning her head to the side before giving a soft shrug.

"Uh. . . .Bye guys?" She gives a soft wave, blinking a bit. Welp. There THEY went. . . . She still didn't like that guy. Not in the slightest. He had the heby-jebes all over him. She waited until the left before giving a quick sigh. "I Reallllyyyy don't like the vibe of that guy. Just overall bad and creepy. Eaugh." She shivered slightly. She really didn't like what he was doing, And kiba just went along with it. . . . Double weird.

She shakes it off. Some of her friends - Normal ones, Humans, no myths - acted like that. But Kiba seemed very wary of that guy a few hours ago, now she was all buddy-buddy. . .. What. The. Hell? Maybe it was a were-girl thing. Maddy didn't act like that though? Maybe she was a bit off her rocker, Kiba did seem a bit weird. Growlin' one moment then Smiling the next. Eh. Girls. This made her a bit happy to be a tomboyish person. BUt maybe something else was going on between them or something?

She shrugs, quietly looking at her right hands again. She quietly allows the scales to return, turning her hand over before thinking a minute. Her dad said that sometimes a shifter can have a better shifting form than the one they were born with. But she called it B.S. But then again, was there a small reason that she loved the feel of scales and she had strange ideas in her head? . . . .Eh. She clencehed her hand, feeling the strange texture of the sclaes. Small indents, but still smooth. She moved her other hand to run over the soft webbing between her fingers. It felt leathery, but strong. It could bend and flex with pressure, meaning she could swim with this stuff. She quietly allows the scales and webbing to fade again.

Turning to the people in the room she felt very odd now. She had been before, but now it was a bit stranger. More strange wolves and more faces she didn;t quiet know. She thought for a moment, before sighing and laying back against the chair. "Annnddd now im an akward turdle." She quietly places one hand ontop of the other, locking her fingers together and moving her thumbs around in circles. "Turdle is akward."

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Guest July 26th 2013, 1:02 am

Gabriel watched as the dark man before him looked over the small girl beside him. It made Gabriel feel slightly uncomfortable that he was so blatantly checking her out in front of everyone - what was he looking for? Suddenly the man faced him, eyes cold and dark behind dark fringes as he spoke clipped emotionless words. Threatening even.

"I wish to save time so I think it is safe to assume that you are here for a similar reason. Are you not? You both had to have come this far for something. Belonging. It is only natural for us to feel this, we're pack animals. So spare me the details for later and join us inside. But heed my warning... Those who betray my trust, betray my pack will have their blood spilled right where they stand. Traitors are not tolerated."

The man spoke sternly to them and Gabriel just continued looking him in the eye. He had no intention to attack - he wasn't usually one to go looking for a fight. What was there to pick on anyway? He knocked on their door and was searching for a place to feel welcome. He could go anywhere if this didn't work out. He had the whole world to explore and he was planning on doing just that. Maybe once he got his shifting under control and socialized himself a bit to make sure being around regular humans and repressing his wolf urges was still a possibility.

As the man retreated, Gabriel let out his breath and shrugged. He looked towards the small girl standing beside him. She looked about his age and she was beautiful, he just didn't know anything about her and didn't want to freak her out with all these strange wolf shifter guys checking her out like this was some Sketch City. He gestured his hand toward the door, taking a step backwards down the steps.

"After you,"

He motioned. It felt really strange entering this house and the scents all around him seemed so foreign and forbidden it enticed him to enter as well as challenged his instincts. Gabriel forced his indecisive thoughts aside and waited to follow the small girl into the house. This in itself would be a pretty cool adventure.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Dante Hawthorne July 26th 2013, 3:47 am

Relaxing here with his wolves, and a shifter girl they had welcomed onto the territory, Dante was feeling better slowly but surely. And with every swallow of the warm rum burning its way down his throat was helping too. He himself could down the entire case of it and only be buzzed so he wasn't worried about getting drunk here and looking like an asshole in front of everyone. When Dante was drunk... Bad things happened. Things that he didn't want these people seeing right off the bat and then changing their minds about staying or perhaps trying to take advantage of him. Possibly think he was just a joke; an unfit leader even. So not a soul was to know.

Dante brought his second bottle of rum to his lips, tossing the cap to the wooden coffee with a rattle before it settled in place, tilting his head back. It seemed no one wanted part of his offer of alcohol, not that it bothered him, but he was just surprised. Sure they were all under age, but so far back here in the woods who was going to find out? Plus everyone here was not exactly human... He wasn't worried in the slightest. Giving a satisfied sigh, he gently placed his bottle on the end table beside him and then looked to those whom had gathered here, a nod of approval as his icy orbs washed over each and every one of them. He was seeing progress with the pack's growth, it was quick which he liked but there were definitely things that they needed to work on with these young wolves. Ranks were to be dished out tonight to those whom had not received one yet, and by the looks of things he was sure that no one would be going any higher than warriors or even apprentices. That was just his visually judgement, everyone would get the chance to give their strengths and he would place them accordingly.

As Ty crossed the room and happened to snatch Kiba he felt a growl bubble up but silenced himself, now wasn't the time to start a petty fight and he couldn't be so quick to assume that what he was doing was going to hurt her. He had to have trust in his wolves and now was Tyler's chance to prove that Dante could trust him. But may God help him if he dared to harm one of his pack... It was a small shock to Dante at Kiba's actions, not so much her words as those he had anticipated her to say, except those last four, but he paused slightly to even respond."If you are not back by the time the moon is high in the night sky, I will be coming after you two. And... if he steps out of line or hurts you, make sure you castrate him, or I will personally." He whispered back into her ear, making sure to keep his lips out of sight in case anyone could read them. The male felt a smile grow across his stubble ridden face, those words crawled into his ears and he couldn't help his grin. It was in a family sort of way and that... that meant a lot to him, more than they would know.''I love you too, Kiba, just be safe out there.." The male offered a nuzzle back and a quick hug before that Ty fellow whisked her away into the night, for a reason he knew not of. He only hoped that she was going to be okay.

An abrupt knocking hit his ears not even possibly ten minutes later and he leap to his feet to answer it. Well, he was in for a surprise."That was quick, Ki-" But this was not his little white haired friend, no, this was a completely different chick and boy did Dante take a second look. Their style was similar, but everything thing else visibly wasn't; he just stared down at the girl that had approached and sniffed subtly, no doubt she was their kind. Dante's gaze stayed longer than it should have before he cleared his throat and leaned against the door frame."If I didn't know better, I'd say that you were here for the pack, right? Step inside, we're having a meeting here as soon as the others return." He jerked his head to the side motioning the girl to join them for a bit, he was getting more nervous since his 'sister' left with a male that he knew for a whole few hours. Hell, he hadn't known Kiba that long either but in that short amount of time they found much common ground and realized that they weren't all that different, that they could be quite open to each other. Dante promised to provide her protection and help her through the whole being a werewolf and getting the ropes down. And she gave him his first friend. He moved out of the way, to allow this new girl inside and joined the others in the living room.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Guest July 26th 2013, 11:44 am

Mattie would have liked to tell Ty that it was nice to meet him too, but she didn't. Flashing a half hearted smile, she turned her attention to Kiba. What was his interest in her? Whatever it was, Mattie didn't entirely trust this being as she did the others in the room. Not that she completely trusted them either. As he stood and made his way to Kiba, Mattie frowned. "Kiba...be safe." Mattie said gently, not knowing how in the world she could just go off with this guy. The two exited and Jesse spoke, causing Mattie to nod her head in agreement. "You're right, Jesse...I don't know what his interest in Kiba is. I mean, sure she's a pretty girl and she's nice....but he seems almost obsessive." After studying the way he stared at her, Mattie had come to the conclusion that he didn't want to just take a nice stroll. He must be up to something...

A knocking caused Mattie's head to jerk upright. As Dante left, she turned to raise an eyebrow at Jesse. "Has anyone ever told you that you're very strange? Because I think I rather like it." Mattie said with a friendly smile, meaning the words as a compliment rather than an insult. That's when a new scent hit her nose and her eyes widened. It was a scent she knew well, the scent that could only belong to a member of the Deadwood family. It was more feminine then that of her father or her brother, or her uncles. It was almost as if it were a girl...but there was another scent. Too faded to be a person, rather an item that might have belonged to them. And Mattie knew that scent anywhere; it was her father's. She loved her father and missed him terribly. Her mother had joked when she was young about how Mattie was more his daughter because she looked and acted like him...but now wasn't the time for memories. It was the time to welcome a potential family member into their pack. Staring towards the door in wonder, she waited for the newcomer to join them.

Jesse smiled, laughing at maddys compliment. She stands up, taking a rediculously comical bow. "Thank you, Thank you! You're Faaarrrr too kind Miss maddy!" She chuckled at herself and straightened. She sat back down. Quietly humming to herself she looked to maddy. "You trust thayt guy? TY? Or whatver?" She leaned back, lazily and quietly rolled her head around to crack her neck.

Where did they go? And what were they doing? Hopefully not each other, She doubted kiba would do that, but then again earlier she doubted she could say that kiba was really nice, so you never know. But the idea of them together also brought her back to the feeling of mostly creeps and bad vibes that practicly left Ty in waves and yell bad news.

Hearing a howl she jolted staight up, her eyes wide. "Kiba? Fuc- FUck!" She litterally leapt up, shoving past anyone in her way. Spots had sprung over her skin as well as fur and a tail. She gets outside and sets off running. She leapt over a log and when she landed she was the fastest land animal - A cheeta.

She sprinted into the woods as fast as this body would allow her to go, following the sound of the howls to Kiba. And if that fucker ty did this to her. . . Ooohhh there was gonna be HELL on earth today.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Post by Samantha Deadwood July 26th 2013, 6:35 pm

The young women waited patiently outside, her eyes wondering around at the majority of the land. Her silver pools, slowly began to move down as she heard the heavy footsteps of another. Her eyes immediately snapped upwards as the door swung open, who she did not expect was a young man. Bright irises rising to look into his own the women gave a soft smile. Thank goodness a girl didn’t answer; she wasn’t used to many girls. Well, besides Aurora. She was her only friend that she confided in as much as her brothers, Rory has been her best friend since they were in middle school when she finally got the guts to tell her mom that she wasn’t a Barbie and would be dressing herself from now on. However, the majority of her friends realized she was getting less and less girly and began to make fun of her. She sat with her brothers of course but that’s about it, she stayed in her own bubble. Soon enough Rory had saved her from the bullies and kinda took her under her wing. From then on Sammy knew that Rory was different from the others; although she dressed like a girly-girl with cute clothes she didn’t have the snarky attitude like the girls in her classes. A fond memory, then when she was in the middle of her senior year Sam left without a single good-bye.

Her gaze traveled slowly up the man’s well built form and then as he began to speak. He assumed she was here for the pack, she didn’t know there was a club of werewolves just thought that there was a get together and she was curious. She gave a small giggle, ”Hmm, a pack? I just thought it was a party I wasn’t invited to. None-the-less, my curiousity got the better of me and now here I am.” She said with a light foreign accent however the words that flung from her mouth was like a soft chime of silver bells, another trait that didn’t belong to her style. She flicked her hair behind her dainty shoulder as he welcomed her in she slowly followed behind the other. Stopping as she was caught off guard, a girl ran past her and soon out the door. She looked behind her shoulder watching as she ran off. Due to not being in her wolf form her ears weren’t as magnified as she liked therefore it was a faint howl that reached her hears but she didn’t think anything about it. She thought it was a stray wolf or even a coyote that wondered away and was trying to regroup the others.

Letting out a soft sigh from her plush pink lips she then smelt the air, the same scent as her own though it wasn’t. She instantly stepped into the living room and suddenly her eyes landed straight for the brunette. Her silver gaze widening, she looked familiar, very familiar. She just kept starring and suddenly she realized the connection and where the similarities came alive. She was looking at a female version of Henry. Her breath caught as she just looked at her, same brown locks that ran in the Deadwood family, rarely were there ever a blonde child born into the Deadwood generation. All her brothers had dark locks her mother and father had also. Then she starred at her face, strong jawline, straight nose, plush lips, two high cheekbones. Scary how much she looked like her older brother. Giving the girl an easy smile she walked over towards her, graceful and poise, she studied the girl and shook her head, "The resemblance is crazy... You look just like Henry." She stated. There was no doubt that the girl in front of her was related to Henry, of course now she had to introduce herself, [color=white]"I'm Samantha Deadwood, and Henry was my older brother. Also call me Sam."[color=white] Of course she wasn't just announcing her name only to the girl she was saying it loud enough so the others can hear her as well. Turning to the male who had lead her in she gave a sincere smile, though soon enough she squeezed her skateboard tighter to her side as she just realized that she was an aunt... She looked to the girl, she looked practically her age if not already.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

He was happily drinking away and listening to all the commotion from the others conversing with one another, just having an all around good time. Well, he really wasn't, he couldn't knowing that some random Joe was out there with his friend doing God know's what. All he could do was worry at this point. That new girl took his mind off of it a little bit a she said her name loud enough for him to hear; hell he had forgotten to give a proper introduction... Dante wiped his mouth off and scratched his stubble as he got up to go do just that instead of seeming like a rude man. He honestly didn't get the chance though

A howl hit his ears, it was very low and hard to hear, but he caught on to it and especially the pain that was laced within it. The first person he thought of was Kiba, that she was in danger and his heart immediately sank down just about as far as it could. He jolted through the small crowd and out the door a snarl tearing through his throat as he leap off the porch and shifted forms. That asshole was gonna pay if he dared to hurt his Kiba.

Main House - Dante's Home - Page 2 Empty Re: Main House - Dante's Home

Akashia watched as the two tall guys spoke to one another. The mysterious harsh one she learned was called Dante gave them an icy invitation to come in, but gave them a warning as well. Akashia didn't want to piss anyone off today, so she kept her mouth shut. She was sort of annoyed with Dante - she understood he was alpha here, but why was he in such a bad mood? It seems like he has people or werewolves or whoever was living in the cabin before her seemed to like him and respect him, and new people who want to be part of the group who will also be required to respect him, so what's his problem?

Akashia adverted her gaze; she knew it wasn't her place to judge him. She didn't know anything about him or what he's been through, it just bothered her that he was incapable to keep it to himself, and above all, he smelled of alcohol. He obviously had a lot he was keeping in.

Though Akashia didn't know him well, she had a strange urge to want to get to know the mysterious alpha; there was something about him that made her want him to trust her. In that moment, she looked down at her feet; she knew she'd be lucky if anyone even noticed her in the first place. The guy next to her spoke, making her wolf-like eyes flash up to meet his instantly, full of alarm.

"After you,"

He said politely, stepping out of the way. Akashia nodded towards him and allowed the corner of her mouth to curve into a smirk signifying gratitude. She stepped delicately onto the front steps, her black converse allowing her to make minimal noise as she walked. She hoisted her small figure onto the steps and the guy behind her, though he was now on the ground behind her, was still taller than she was. She grimaced - she was 5'3" and she hated being so short.

Walking through the door, the smell of fresh wood filled her senses. New wolves, new people, new scents of spice and food and meat - it was all so delicately woven together and harmonized almost flawlessly. For the first time in a long time, Akashia smiled, flashing her straight white teeth. Her eyes lit up, and the irises of her wolf-eyes brightened. In that moment, flecks of blue emerged beneath the gold, flashing for just a moment, as bits of her human traits shone through. It reminded her of home, but the faces were so foreign she instantly felt strange. She walked over to the kitchen to take a look around and get some food if she was lucky - she was starving. Maybe she could even have a drink or two if she was allowed - she loved a good drink every now and again.
