Emily jumped when Fao squeezed her sides and she gave a playful growl. She followed him up the stairs and she walked him quickly up the stairs. Once in the bedroom she turned to him taking both of his hands. "Mmm..what should we do tonight?" She asked tilting her head and sitting down on the bed a smirk on her face. She wanted...well so much happiness was in her right now she would explode if they didn't do something. Snuggling anything..but her mind was some-where darker. She ignored them and kissed his cheek softly, knowing he must be worn out again for she was to. Charlie was scratching at the partially opened door and he came bounding in. He jumped on the bed and sniffed at Emily making sure she was ok. He barked and curled up at the end of the bed taking comfort in the covers that were strewn down there.

Emily turned towards Fao propping her head up in her hand and looking down at him her fingers tracing his chest. "I didn't mean..to take advantage of you like that...but if i wasn't..already pregnant last night..i surely am now." She whispered softly a smile coming to her features. She gently rubbed chest and pressing her lips to his softly. She pulled away looking down at him and laid her head on his shoulder quietly.

Do you think we're really ready, this soon?" He kept his tone no higher than a whisper as he asked that, unsure of how she would respond.

Emily was now considering what had happened and fear gripped her. The morning sex was fantastic just as last nights had been but as she thought of being pregnant and now as the coldness of their actions hit her...she was afraid. She laid still next to Fao thinking. If she was pregnant already then...is it to soon? She was afraid of it yes, she was afraid of being pregnant. It had always been a fear in her. Emily heard the doubt in his voice as soon as he spoke his words and she knew he was thinking of Grayson. She was thinking about him to and her eyes shut tightly. She ignored the on coming tears and let out a long slow breath. She calmed her thoughts, she knew that Grayson was OK. He had to be. And she knew he would feel betrayed..wouldn't he? Or feel forgotten. It made her throat tighten with tears. "I..I don't know Fao. I mean...I didn't think about it..Grayson would feel forgotten if I am.." A tear tracked down her face, this was the last feeling she wanted to feel this early in the morning. Emily knew she wanted a big family some day but the doubt she felt now was only making her nervous and shaky. "My wolf just...took over. I mean...it was...I let it.." Her words were coming out jumbled and she went quiet so she would stop messing up her words. She slowly sat up and looked at him fear clear on her face. She didn't want him to become angry with her if she did get pregnant. "Would you be mad?" she whispered softly swallowing hard. Her thoughts were torn between Grayson and Faolan. Yes...she was scared. Her wolf was almost rumbling happily as if she had gotten what she wanted. Emily closed her eyes waiting. Charlie nuzzled her hand and whined softly.

Faolan laid there now staring up at the ceiling for a moment before he allowed his eyes to close and his thoughts take hold once more. Truly he did wish to have more kids after they had Grayson, for a long time he had wanted more and was waiting till their son was a bit older before he would bring the topic up to Em. That was back before the incident up in the Afterlife, before he somehow managed to wind up alive and wandering Sotu... He kept worrying about him every day, and now Grayson was missing from his picture of the family that he wanted most. Faolan fought back his salty tears and tightened his jaw, easing in a breath and slowly exhaling as he listened to Em's soft voice. Right there, that pained him. Would Grayson feel that way? If he somehow found out? With his luck the lad would find his own way down here, he'd see them with another child and resent his family. That was how Fao pictured it and he hated that image; feared it. Finally he spoke."No child could ever replace Grayson." Slowly he began to sit up as well and pulled the covers up about waist high as he looked towards her, matching her saddened gaze with one of his own. If they were to have another baby there was no way that he or she could take Grayson's place, that didn't mean that he wouldn't still love the child, of course he would with all of his heart, but Grayson held a very special place in the lycan's heart. Easing a hand up to caress her tear ridden cheeks, he gently wiped them away before he wrapped his arms around his mate to pull her into hug, shushing Em gently. He could tell that now she was more nerve racked than himself and he didn't like to see her upset at all. Fao understood where she was coming from on this as he was in the same boat."Em, I couldn't fight it back either, I tried to keep my wolf down but it got to me... But its okay, there are times where we can't." They would be paying for their actions if she did indeed become pregnant but it had been all on instinct and who could ever suppress such a feeling as that. True he was bummed out a bit that he let his wolf take the reigns for once but they could handle this. In the past Emily and himself had before. Listening closely to her words that were nearly inaudible, he felt his heart nearly break. There was no way in hell he was mad. Faolan quickly shook his head and nuzzled her lovingly."No, I wouldn't be mad at all. If you are, I'll be right here, I promise, Em."

Emily felt him sit up and she heard him speak softly. She nodded her head at his words. No, no child could ever replace Grayson. Her heart hammered at the thought of Grayson and she slowly took a long breath and let it out. She wiped her eyes missing Grayson before turning towards Fao as he sai dhe wouldn't blame her and that he couldn't control his wolf either. "I wish i had a little bit more control...I'm sorry." She leaned against him and sighed her eyes closed. She bit her lower lip and listened to his heart beat. "Grayson will never be replaced." She whispered softly.

As she apologized over again he just shook his head at the she-wolf and kept telling her how she shouldn't be. Wolves had been the same since they first started out on this Earth, the very same instinct had carried on to this very day and it was natural for a pair such as themselves to take part of the mating ritual. They were just going on instinct and no one could hold it back. There was no one else he'd rather go through this with than Emily. Holding his mate close to him, he gently placed his lips on her forehead and nuzzled her softly,"I wish I did too, dear, I really do.. But its what we are and there is nothing we can do about that." Fao said in a soft yet deep voice trying to somehow comfort her a little, he didn't like seeing her upset."No, he won't. He's one in a million just like his mother."

Emily blushed softly at his words and laid her head on shoulder. She felt his warm lips touched her forehead and she enjoyed the soft touch. Emily did feel bad and was afraid of being pregnant but she wanted to enjoy it this time to. She would have Fao, he wanted to marry her. It was all like a dream come true and if it was a dream she hoped she would never wake up. She gently touched his chest making sure he was real just this time. She was afraid she was look at him and he wouldn't be anything but her imagination. Emily smiled slightly and looked up at him. "As long as i'm next to you and one day we will have Grayson again..we will all be that one in a million. We have each other..and i'm so happy to be your Finace" she whispered to him and touched his cheek with her hand gently rubbing his stuble. She liked it and kissed his lips, laying her head on his chest. Charlie came up licking her hand and crawling up inbetween the two sniffing at Faolan before licking Emily again. She petted the dog smiling.
