Dante gave a slow nod and continued to move slowly to the song easily placing his feet as they danced and she kept up with it, not bad but still needed a bit of work, he'd gladly giver a lesson or two. Clearing his throat a bit as she agreed to his proposal of meeting her outside of the ball Dante tried thinking of a time he would be free."How about that little diner across from the park, maybe meet up there next Friday?" He asked softly with a small tilt of his head as he rested his cool blue gaze down on the masked girl, raising a brow slightly. Hopefully she had that day open but if not they could always work something out, maybe he'd have to appoint a few wolves to take on some of his duties if she had a blank schedule on a day that his was packed. There were plenty of wolves that would gladly take on a few extra tasks for the day and he trusted that they would carry them out easily. Dante did not take note of the floating green plant that was coming their way and floating randomly above the two of them, he was just content dancing here and enjoying himself, it was only when she took a glance up and spoke that he did the same. That was no doubt a little thing of mistletoe and he knew the whole deal with those plants and what you were supposed to do if caught under one, it made things awkward right now since he didn't really know the girl and didn't have any feelings towards her like that... Dante bit his lip and slowly looked back to the masked woman with a half smile, more nervous than anything."So... This just got a bit odd." He commented softly, not realizing the fact that he was slowly leaning his way in closer to her.

She she wolf tried to act like she was thinking If there was an available date open in her ever so "busy" schedule. She gave a soft smile, "I guess I can squeeze you in. How does one-thirty sound?" She asked with a small tilt of her head. He didn't seem to notice all that much and if she hadn't said anything maybe the blasted plant would leave her alone. She took in a deep breath and forced herself to laugh though it came out nervous. She seemed to grip tighter onto his shoulders and she continued to take in deep breaths. Not sure how this was gonna play out, she didn't want to kiss him. She loathed her in fact she didn't know why she was even dancing with him. Oh yeah... That stupid deal she had made. Blinded by anger and humility she watched as he seemed to slowly get closer. Little did she know that she was trying to get out of his grasp. People looked towards them and if they thought this was some fairy-tale they thought wrong. She quickly maneuvered herself from his grasp and fell with a soft "oof" against the marble flooring. A few laughs came from the crowd and tears began to fall down her cheek. She looked towards the male that she was dancing with and then back at all the laughing of the crowd. The witches snickered as she heard them utter, "clutz" she looked down and soon rage filled her. Before long she was running off and out the door, tears continued to come down her cheeks. Once she was about to descend the steps she took off her heels she couldn't run in those blasted things anyway. Finally, she started to run faster and away from that ball she whistled and a taxi paused in front of her. She slipped in and closed the right behind her in short gasp she told him where to drive to. Before long she was rushing towards the territory hardly any wolves were here and she quickly made her way through the snow barefoot and in her home. Humiliated she threw the mask on the ground in her living room and easily slipped from the dress and placed her shoes on the couch before deserting up into her room.

He chuckled a bit at that, yes squeezing him in about that time would work out perfectly for him in fact and so Dante gave her a nod,"Sounds perfect, I'll mark it down so I don't forget." He tended to do that and perhaps it was due to the alcohol but he'd certainly note it down because Dante didn't want to miss finding out who this girl was. It had him baffled and curious and that was bugging the hell out of him like a bad toothache. What charming woman was behind such a disguise?  He couldn't wait till next week to finally meet her. Dante had closed his eyes and was going in for the kiss, which was pushing it, but his lips only found air and he felt the girl's arms slip from his neck as her body soon followed. Eyes popping open at that they followed her form down as she fell upon the ball room floor, unfortunately it was too late for him to grab her before the crowd began to laugh at the poor girl. Immediately he gave them a cold glare and allowed a deep growl rumble out of him."How dare you make a mockery of her." He shot to the individuals laughing, turning quickly back to help the mysterious woman back to her feet but she had already disappeared through the crowd before he could. Dante straightened back up and sent another growl out."Go ahead, have a good laugh, it wouldn't be so funny if it was one of you now would it? Disgusting mongrels the lot of you are." Shoving his way past a few people and escaping through the crowd he began to hurry towards the main entrance of the ball and threw himself out the doors, hoping to catch a glimpse or two of the woman to go check and see if she was okay and to help comfort her. She was no where to be seen as if she had just disappeared into the night like a bad ending to a movie, Dante slowly made his way down the concrete steps sniffing at the air as the wolf tried to catch onto her scent though there was not a trace of that either and his lips quickly pulled into a frown. It was supposed to have been a wonderful evening, he was going to show a few girls a good time around the dance floor and make sure they enjoyed their night but it didn't end well for one woman. That was enough to deter him from going back in, Dante was too worried about that young lady to continue his activities. Hell, because he decided to lean in and basically force her into a kiss she fell trying to get away from him and got made fun of, he may as well not even bother showing up next week... And with that, the lycan slowly began to make his way back home.
