O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Guest August 31st 2013, 9:45 pm

Walking into the pub Autumn gave a wolf whistle.

"This place is a bit too fancy for my tastes.." she muttered to herself. "I suppose they have all those fancy cocktails you can't try anywhere else though." She ventured into the bar which had tiled floors and lots of little tables with tableclothes on them. The bar was lined with about fifteen perfectly aligned stools.

Autumn crinkled her nose in disgust at the overpowering alcohol scent that was masked with way too much air freshener in the scent of fresh linens and there was the faint trace of sweat and perfume. Unlike most bars, the yelling was toned down quite a bit, which was nice--but unusual.

Although she wasn't impressed, Autumn figured as long as she was here she might as well get a drink. She went to go take a seat at the bar and she was handed a menu, which was formal for this being a pub. I feel like I'm in a country club, not a local bar, she thought to herself. She finally decided just to get a strawberry margarita.

After a few moments, a huge slushie drink was placed in front of her. Ohmigosh. Only this one is gonna make me crazy..

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Kazuma Makoto September 29th 2013, 6:45 pm

How long had it been since he last had a drink... Two, three years now? That sounded about right. He hadn't tasted so much as a drop of alcohol since he left that Volkov camp after everyone had disappeared. Literally everyone had, even the enemy clan north of the boarder had just vanished right out of thin air. Adoth remembered waking up to an empty house, stale scents around the territory as well as the lack of Lucian odors in the neutral areas of the forest. He grew worried and yet curious, it lead the male to go towards the the opposing camp of those vile werewolves and it was the same there too. No one... Adoth was used to being alone after the murder of his family and everyone that he knew and loved, this feeling was nothing new. He gathered up his things from the Volkov housing and moved on as there was no point in waiting around anymore.

"Captain Morgan spiced, and tall." Ordered McKinley as he sat up at the bar, staring down at the wooden counter with a rather bored expression. The barkeep gave a single nod and poured the man a glass with the alcohol of his choosing, sliding it to Adoth who picked it up and took a large sip. It felt strange but welcoming to have the taste of alcohol again, the slight burn on the back of his throat as he swallowed it down, all he missed. Adoth was a drinker and at times went over his limit, but he was just trying to take it easy for now so he didn't slip back into his old habits again. Bringing the glass back up to his lips, he took another swallow or two before setting it back down again, wiping his mouth off with the back of his hand. Adoth rubbed the back of his neck as he turned his attention to the rest of the bar which was rather crowded at the moment. Not unusual at all, but this place was a bit stuck up, the riff raff he was used to dealing with weren't present so that actually was different for him. Shrugging, he ran a hand through his short, dark blond hair, turning his gaze over to a couple of giggling women who quickly looked away once they saw him looking towards them. A small chuckle escaped him but he turned back to his drink to finish it off; he wasn't really interested in them.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Guest October 1st 2013, 8:29 pm

It was quite out of the ordinary to find a vampire in a bar... and yet again quite comical. Avery slipped into the bar with the application form in hand, the scent of dog hit her nose and she crinkled it, but didn't let it bother her. She had smelled this thing before, but had never actually seen what it was, and from her millennia of reading, she guessed it to be a werewolf or two. Shrugging the stench off, she moved to the bar to get a manager or bartender to take the application. Once they did, she thanked them, and was about to walk out the door when the manager called her back. He wanted her to start work immediately, for one, to see if she had enough skills, and for two, because they were low on staff tonight. She stayed in her spot for a minute, absently thinking about her options before nodding softly, a warm smile on her cold features, "Why not?" she questioned them.

Once she got the proper attire on, she found out that it was big and since it was male clothing, it would have to do. Rolling her sleeves up, and pulling her long blonde hair into a ponytail that reached the small of her back, she quickly got to work. Asking kindly what each wanted and then got quick to their order. A smile on her face as she got back to what she loved doing. The bar may have been crowded, but this was something that she could easily fix. Happy customers were a priority, and so she would do everything she could to make them so. The barkeep smiled at her, his obvious relief in having a good and experienced bartender at hand. She was so caught up in filling drinks that when she passed the scent of dog, she paused a bit, and blinked to the large male drinking at the bar. ~him?~ she thought in confusion, ~how odd~ but only smiled, and tapped the bar in front of him to get his attention, "If ya need a drink dearie let me know and I'll fill it up right away" she said swiftly in her thick irish accent, before moving onto another customer. The warm smile still on her face, as the customer was taken aback by the rather decorative tattoos on her arms.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Samantha Deadwood October 1st 2013, 11:55 pm

Samantha had been followed like a mama duck to the bar. She was speaking mild conversation to the handsome young man at her side, she tried to remember his name... What did that girl say, Roki? No that wasn't it, something close to that. Suddenly she snapped her fingers, Riki, right? She asked towards the young werewolf. That's when she remembered that he was a bartender for the bar and she knew she was going to like him even more. She then sniffed as she got closer towards the bar. Instantly a crinkle of her nose was involved at the stench of a blood sucker and it's repugnant odor got stronger as she opened the door. Allowing the male to take it the open door before she let her hand fall towards her side. Her silver hues managed to catch the vampire as quickly as she smelled her. She was behind the bar, giving a small snuff she rolled her shoulders back. 'Great... Vampire. She growled in her mind and then looked towards the male werewolf beside her. She then caught onto another scent and this one was a better odor, she gave a small flash of her straight white teeth as she looked across the bar towards a new werewolf.

Keeping the male fairly close to her for a moment she slowly gave a deep sigh and then looked towards the he-wolf beside her. She gave a sweet grin before gesturing towards the bar, "The girl has easy hearing so she will be able to probably hear this but I guess you got a new co-worker. Beware, of the blood suckers. It's leeches like them..." She starred right at the little vampire across the room and sneered, "That are the problem." She snuffed. Yup, can you spell B.i.t.c.h because she sure as hell was one. She didn't care who heard her or what she was who she was and that was a plain ole b with an itch. Shaking her head she then started to walk towards the wooden table and sat at one of the stools. Sam's gaze only once traveled towards the he-wolf and noticed that another werewolf were in their presence. Couldn't that leech get that this was practically werewolf territory right now? She snuffed softly and then motioned for one of the bartenders to come and instantly one did, "I need about twelve bottles of everclear, the good stuff, about ten vodka bottles and any of the heaviest stuff you got." She purred out then slowly handed him a good stash of cash which he gladly took and started to get the booze for her.

(Note: Avery I promise nothing against you, love. Sam is just a complete bitch xD but that's why she's my favorite)

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Guest October 2nd 2013, 10:06 am

He smelled the vampire. He despised the smell but bit his tongue. He hopped over the bar and started to help his coworker gather all the booze. He started putting it all in a bag and slipped a couple of his favorite bottles of vodka in as well. He wasn't up to working tonight so he figured he'd tag along and see how the party would go. " Hey Eric we need some more vodka!" Eric knew that meant that Riki had taken all the Devils Spring vodka. He adored his vodka... He wasn't sure what Sam wanted for herself so He tossed in a couple of mixers along with some whiskeys. Before it was over with he felt like Santa for drunks like himself. He looked over at Sam "Think it's enough yet?"

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Guest October 5th 2013, 8:31 pm

The blonde merely shrugged off the comments as another to dogs walked in. She had a liftetime of experience with insults, and so nothing really bothered her anymore. Besides, she wanted this job, so she wasn't going to into a "cat" fight with this one. The only thing Avery did to slightly dismiss it was smirk, and move onto the next customer. Her smirk disappearing to a brilliant pearly white smile while she did some old flip tricks with some of her mixes and gave the three women at the bar a good show before pouring it out without any spills onto all three of the small shots. The blue color glowing whilst she turned and sprinkled some sugar inside it with a small orange split to hang off. The pretty little drink was one of her favorites to make, it represented life and sun for her. And was often one for the taking with a lot of women that came for a shot or two. Though she did have to admit there were times where she had to decline such a thing, because of the amount some would take in through her delicious mixes.

(Note: No worries dear, she's used to such insults as it is anyways.)

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Samantha Deadwood October 14th 2013, 5:30 pm

Sam's gaze slowly traveled to her new companion as he hoped over the bar and landed neatly on the opposite side of her. She watched as he began to pack up the merchandise and she smiled softly. As Riki began to walk back towards her she looked over the goodies that sure would have her guest riled up and ready to party. She grabbed one of the vodkas from the bag and swished it around a bit before looking at the other things. That's when she paused as she looked forward and saw a bottle of EverClear. Perfect. She motioned towards it and he gave it to her without hesitation. She placed it in her hand and was reluctant to put it in the bag so she kept it in her jacket. As she counted all the bottles she smiled and gave an approved nod, "I'm all ready to go. Come on, pet. We have a party to get to." She then gave a small snuff towards the vampire and she jumped on the bar, "Alright everyone! Huge party at the beach! Starts," She looks at her watch, "Now!" With that she jumped off the table and went towards the young male.

Her eyes swept over the bar as a few people began to file out and towards the beach, "Wonderful." She cooed and then her silver hues maneuvered towards the young lad. She instantly held her hand out and took his wrist, "Let's go, slow poke." She poked lightly on his ribs and then grabbed the large bag full of alcohol and started out the door.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Guest October 17th 2013, 8:11 am

Riki followed her but made sure to toss Eric a roll of bills before he left. He was glad to be back to partying and was smart enough to stash a bottle in his inner coat pocket for the walk there. He looked at the girl more carefully now and noticed more than her good looks. He saw that she could pass easily for a human but he noticed the existence of her inner wolf. She looked like she could handle her own in a fight, but he wasn't sure about drinking. Few people could it seemed. He let out a small chuckle and smiled hoping Sam didn't hear him but asked her anyways, " Do you think you could keep up with me in all this drinking?"

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Silas Malvagio October 6th 2014, 6:15 pm

Fake ID's got him far, at least far enough to have a quick drink before he went out on another hunt for those filthy slobbering mutts. He hadnt seen Constance in quite some time which made the young vampire a little saddened since she was the only one who knew his parents. At least the only one that he had met. She knew he came from strong blood and without a doubt he knew he could rise in ranks. That was a nice thought but not the reason why he had came down to the Earth. His little sister had fell through a portal and he was here to retrieve her and to bring her back home where they belonged. In order to do so they had to die and he was prepared to fulfill his orders. Silas watched as the bartender slid his drink to him and took a small sip of the fruity mixture thinking still. His brown, nearly black, eyes scanned the bar not really impressed by the crowd as there wasnt any attractive individuals or at least in his eyes. The only one he had came out to was his sister as he feared their parents reaction. Right now he wouldnt mind the company of another male.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Lontark Mashigo October 6th 2014, 11:04 pm

Lontark walked along the sidewalk slowly, his hands in his grey pullover sweatshirt. He had on black skinny jeans and dark grey Vans; he wore no shirt under his sweatshirt. His hair was just a natural looking mess, he didn't really style it today. Lontark hadn't been able to find much coming since coming around these parts and he was determined to change that. So; what better place to find some company than a bar? Lontark walked in and gave a quick glanced around of everyone inside. The vampire didn't need a fake ID, he was very old and he had a real ID with a fake birth date saying he was about 22. Lontark moved into the building and strolled between people and ignored their glances, moving carefully he sat beside a man with very nice hair. Lontark snickered to himself at the sound of it but the man had very nice hair. The people around Lontark didn't cease to move around and move on with their lives but Lontark couldn't stop side staring at the man beside him. His head remained ahead and staring at his folded hands but his eyes were pulled to the left while he tried his best to get a look at him. Far as Lontark could tell the man was pretty hot. "Oh, yeah, I'll take a beer." He said as the bartender had asked him what he wanted. His eyes only then moved off Silas. Lontark smiled at the bartender and nodded gently as if to re assure her that's what he wanted then he remembered and he grunted; pulling out his wallet. He showed her his ID and she smiled before nodding. "Uh. Hey. My names Lontark and I'm new around here. Is this a good place for someone to come drink if they have no friends..?" Lontark turned to face Silas and spoke to him smoothly. He was slightly embarrassed at his forgetfulness of the ID thing and about how he just made totally useless and random conversation, making himself look stupid. Great. He thought.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Silas Malvagio October 31st 2014, 10:32 pm

Staring down at his drink, he kept rolling over in his head just how he was going to get around to tracking down his sister. He knew her scent and knew what she looked like but he had a feeling it was going to be much harder finding the little vampiress. If she didn't wish to be found then no one would find her and Silas kept that thought in his head; she could very well not want to at all but she didn't know that he was down here as well. Sighing, he heard someone walk in but made no attempt to see just who had but took note of the individual settling down beside him at the bar. There were open seats though scattered, Silas watched him for a moment out of the corner of his brown orbs till the other looked his way and he quickly looked back down at the bar. Awkward eye contact, not one of his favorites. What really made it worse was how the other male was pretty cute. Silas didn't mind a little eye candy. He casually took another sip and glanced at his watch expecting to leave shortly for his hunt. There were too many dogs in this city and it bothered him greatly. Surely no one would mind if he took out a few of them and it would make him look good in Constance's eyes... At first he wasn't sure if the guy was talking to him but as he looked over to check he certainly was and Silas gave a gentle smile, listening to him go on. Clearing his throat, he brushed his hair back from his face,"Truth is, I really don't know. I haven't been here that long myself." He started out slowly and gave a little nervous chuckle. It was hard not to stare at him."I'm Silas, by the way." Normally he wasn't one for small talk, or rather socializing in general, but he had a few things running through his head. One, he was really in the mood to have some company with another male. And secondly, perhaps this one had seen his sister.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Lontark Mashigo December 23rd 2014, 12:31 pm

A few things Lontark noticed was that this dude was extremely hot, he smelled like what Lontark imagined a really hot dude would smell like mixed with a bit of... Vampire. Perfect, they could be vampires together. He was also a bit on the shy side, while Lontark was the awkward 'talk so things don't get awkward' nervous, anxious type around cute, new people. Lontark had a bit of social anxiety in public spaces when he was alone and not with someone he knew and this was the perfect time to show off his sociability flaw. Lontark examined the beer bottle before him as he thought carefully about to say, he didn't know anyone here and he mostly was a drifter but he was running low on will to keep running and traveling so he decided he'd stay here a while. This town was crawling with the supernatural, every race and type, it was disgusting. Werewolves littered the streets like trash and it made Lontark want to burn the whole town down with the werewolves inside. When the other vampire began talking, Lontark jerked his head and eyes up to watch him and pay more attention to the words coming from those beautiful... Not the point. Lontark smiled and moved his eyes back to the others eyes and nodded briefly, "Just passing through here and decided to stop for a drink..?" Lontark secretly hoped that wasn't the case, he wanted to see this vampire again sometime, somewhere. Silas. Hot name, too.. Lontark smiled wider and the corner of his mouth dented in forming his little dimple, "I like your name, Silas... I'm Lontark." Lontark knew his name wasn't common and it was actually quite unusual but he didn't mind it, it was whatever. He wasn't going to change it or lie and say it was something else.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Silas Malvagio December 31st 2014, 2:16 pm

There was no way that this guy would be into him. Or that was what he thought after all. Silas couldn't look away from those eyes of his and was afraid that if he did so to check him out the other would take notice and he didn't wish to make things awkward. Guys like the one before him typically weren't... interested. Silas wasn't afraid of rejection and would just take it with a grain of salt like he always did; at least he'd have a friend in the end. Sipping his drink, he set it down on one of the bar coasters and while the male was busy looking at his own drink he stole a quick look. 'Damn...' He thought to himself and began to gently bite at his own lip. Oh if only the other could read his mind right now, all the things going through it shouldn't even exist at this point but hell, he wished for them to actually happen... Was he just staring at his lips? Silas thought the other was and moved a little in his seat with a small smirk playing at his lips. Oh this was going to get interesting. Silas continued to act casual and at the other's question he just sighed softly,"Actually, I'm here on business." He said easily and shrugged,"I don't know how long I'll be staying but it'll be more than a week or two." That he was certain of but hoped to find his sister sooner than that as being down on earth wasn't one of his favorite places to be. Here, if he died, it was game over and if he returned home empty handed he knew his father would be very disappoint in him. Disappointment was one of the worst feelings and even worse if it was from his father. Silas shot out of his thoughts as the other male introduced himself and didn't know if he wanted to blush or grin like a fool for the compliment; so he did both."Well, Lontark, I like yours too." He wanted to say,'hot name to go that handsome face' but that would definitely be too forward and he wasn't good at flirting anyways.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Lontark Mashigo January 17th 2015, 10:49 pm

Here on business... Unfortunate. Lontark sighed softly and tried not to show his disappointment and tried not to show his increasing interest in the man next to him. He wanted to get to know this guy better and maybe spend some time with him, alone or not. Lontark sighed again and ran a hand through his hair and scratched the back of his head before reaching that hand back down and grabbed his drink, knocking back a fairly large swig. He stole a side glance at the guy and then ahead again, was he just biting his lip? Lontark looked again... Yup. He totally was. Lontark swallowed thickly, why was he so drawn to this man's lips? His thoughts were anything but child friendly and maybe not even friendly for some adults. Lontark turned his body toward the vampire beside him, an elbow leaning against the bar and his beer in the other hand. A week or two wasn't a super long amount of time and he figured he might as well not get attached. Lontark got attached fairly easily.. It was a really bad habit of his that always ended in pain and hurt. "It's a shame you won't be sticking around..." He shrugged softly and sighed, he didn't know what to do now... He'd didn't want to potentially get attached and potentially get some sort of feelings for this guy, whether it be locking feelings or friend type feelings. He didn't want to be hurt. Maybe that made him selfish, but he didn't care. Lontark downed the last two swallows of his drink and stood up, frowning softly as he looked down at Silas and nibbled the top of his bottom lip, he didn't know why he was and then nodded curtly. "Thank you.." He looked toward the door and then the gas station right across the street and he looked at Silas and gestured for him to stay. "Please excuse me a second... I gotta go run across the street quick and I'll be right back. Please don't go anywhere..." His last sentence was a little too vulnerable and whiney or beggy sounding for his personal liking but he just scoffed it off. Lontark then took off at a rushed walk that occasionally turned into a jog as he left and went to the gas station, running inside and toward the ATM. Lontark got some money from a stolen credit card so he could buy more drinks and things, whatever he might need for the night... After getting money, he raced back over, ignoring as a car honked at him and he walk-jogged back inside; slipping his wallet away and heading back toward the bar, shoving people so he could see if Silas was still there or not. He hoped the guy didn't think he was ditching him with some lame excuse.

O'Malley's Pub Empty Re: O'Malley's Pub

Post by Silas Malvagio February 8th 2015, 10:55 am

Silas was wishing that he had more time to stick around and.. play. But he had to find his sister and he had to get them back to the afterlife. That was his mission and failure was not an option. Maybe though... Maybe he could have a few nights of fun. If this male knew anything about his sister surely Silas could use some of his skills to weasel his way in, into the bedroom that is. Oh yes he could tell that this male was interested. Silas was aware and planned on giving him what he wanted. Checking his watch as the other spoke about having to go somewhere he gave him an easy nod and an ever so faint smile,''Take your time." He told him quietly and sipped at his drink. That was cute, the male, begging him to not leave the bar. Silas' smile grew a little as the other left him there and like a good little boy he stayed put. If he got enough drinks in him he would be all over the other and there'd be no stopping that train. Finishing his drink he ordered another one and drank it down too, then finally a third, he was half way through it when the yummy looking male entered the bar. Silas looked towards him and smiled, motioning for him to join him once more.
