~Character Description~

Rory is a girl whose looks are just shy of gorgeous. Curly red locks frame an angelic looking face, one with delicate features, a few freckles, and ivory skin. Two pools of chocolate brown watch the world shyly, in both awe and wonder. Rory is a very petite girl, standing at only 4'11. Her body is styled very gracefully and willowy, with curvy hips and long legs.

In her Fae form, Rory is nothing but stunning. Those brown eyes seem to sparkle and her skin seems to shine. Two large, red wings flutter behind her as she moves gracefully across the forest floor. In this form she is all but irresistible, due to her veela blood. However, she's also more deadly in this form. Able to control all plant life, the small Fae usually has vines wrapped around her arms, from the shoulder to her wrist, complete with all kinds of deadly thorns. Make no mistake, this small girl isn't one to mess with.

~Character Personality~

Aurora is the biggest nerd you'll ever meet. The girl loves everything Marvel and Harry Potter. If she can get you to talk about it, you'll be there for hours. Rory isn't very comfortable around girls, because she's very insecure. Coming off as shy, she'll typically avoid conversation with those of the same sex. Unlike most girls, she interacts easily with males. Having grow up around her best friend Sam's family, she's used to having guys around all of the time. The fact that she is a tomboy-in-training makes most girls ignore her, or perhaps make fun of her. The only true girlfriend she has is Samantha, her best friend from school.

~Backstory~

Like any newborn Fae, Aurora Morgan was born with a single talent that she would base her life around completely. She didn't choose this talent, nor did her parents. Every fae got their talent based on what they were destined to in life. It took four years for anyone to realize what Aurora's power was, and once they did, they were proud. Aurora had been given the gift of Voice; meaning she could speak to animals and various plant life. Very few had her special ability, so Nature Fae were guarded closely, and more precious than any. From a young age, Aurora lived a sheltered life to ensure her safety, but like most plans, this one failed.

Aurora grew into a sharp and beautiful young woman. Her days were spent studying her lessons, the nights spent playing around with her talent. For sixteen years, she did the same routine everyday, no pause, aside from the weekends. At seventeen years old, when she had finally made it to 'adult hood' she foolishly fell in love, with a human boy. She trusted him; she told him lf her beautiful village, and her lovely gift. And he accepted it. If you tell a seventeen year old girl that you love her, she'll believe you. All the way up until the moment you come to burn down her village

No one was expecting the attack; they knew not of Aurora's secret lover. But she knew; she could see it in his eyes the moment he came walking into the village, flanked on either side by handfuls of men, dressed in black. Each held a torch, a sneer on their face, and a tattoo on their right cheek; a complex mess of symbols that she didn't understand. But apparently someone did. A single word was whispered, "Slayers." And all hell broke loose.

Aurora didn't remember much. She remembered feeling scared, seeing her whole world go up into flames. And she remembered blood, so much blood. It was odd how much you could love someone one minute, and despise them the next. But that was what had happened.

Aurora sat silently in the midst of the forest, gently stroking the soft brown fur of the small rabbit that currently sat in her lap. His small nose twitched in delight and Rorie smiled widely at the adorable animal. The poor creature...Always the smaller ones were the prey. After years of talking to the animals, Rorie could honestly say that she felt for them. All of them were just trying to make it out there, just like every other race. Yet they always seemed to be the hunted, the ones who didn't get a say in anything. Was she crazy? Maybe, maybe not. The nature fae took her job seriously, and she could often be found just sitting out in the forests, talking to the animals or the plants. And maybe that's just what made her crazy.
