The Lake
Emily walked towards the lake's sandy beach, or sand bar what ever you wanted to call it. It was softly sprinkled with early morning dew and sparkles in the rising sun. She was unsure of why she was up so early, maybe it was because her wolf inside just stirred and wouldn't let her sleep or she maybe it was the cold dew that woke her. The thin blanket she slept under didn't give her much protection. She stretched her slender body out her muscles tightening as she moved. She let out an annoyed sound as her leg cramped up. She looked at the clear water and her dirty self and went up the beach and grabbed her bag. A little washing never hurt. The pale beautiful girl undressed down to nothing and stepped into the cold water. It made her teeth chatter but once she was chest high it was warmer. She used the lavander smelling soap she had collected from a shelter and began washing her hair and body. The water from the lake swiftly moved around her from the soft blowing wind and she enjoyed the wash. As she washed her body she moved closer to the bank until she was clear of the soap. She stepped up and wrapped a long towel around herself and ran her fingers through her cold wet hair. "What I would do for a shower." She muttered crossly her legs now shaking with cold. The sun began to burn away the mist making it warmer but not that warm. She at least felt at peace.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
What a hell of a party... When Faolan had finally awoken after a long night of drinking and dancing and grinding on countless women, not to mention hitting on many of them, he found himself stranded in the woods; a strange part of it that he hadn't been before. In truth, he had never explored Sotu much at all since coming back to life. Fao groaned slightly as he fumbled to get up from the bed of dry leaves that he had fallen asleep in, he found himself half dressed and covered in the scent of cheap perfume. No surprise as he had awoken like this many times before in his past lives, but it wasn't frequent once he tied the knot with Isis. Oh that girl... A sharp pain pinged in his heart as he remembered her, his gorgeous maiden, wife and mother of his children. The one who had also abandoned him and ran off without a simple note, a text even, nothing. Who would want to stay with a man like him anyways; a player a drunk and a pothead, that was definitely not fit to raise a child again. He was just a horrid person and perhaps it was best that she leave him and continue a more pleasant life elsewhere with someone who was better for her.
The lycan slowly rubbed the back of his head as he stood then proceeded to brush the leaves off of his somewhat tan form, running a hand through his ebony hair. Well, it was time to somehow find his way home. Fao couldn't find his shirt around where he had been laying and so he didn't bother to search further, instead, he just walked along through the underbrush and over game trails hoping to catch a snack. With no luck he pressed on till he neared a bend in the path and was eventually brought out to the lakeside, the water surprisingly calm appearing. Fao slowly moved closer, bare feet sinking in the sand as he crouched down to gather up the fresh water in his hands. Bringing it to his mouth a few times to drink he felt a bit refreshed and more awake; he shivered slightly and stood back up to stretch and yawn. Faolan had not noticed just how near he was to someone very important in his past.

Emily felt very refreshed even after the cold water had dried from her body she still felt the soft chill. She sighed almost happily but there was a sharp pain in her chest and her fingers gently traced the scar there. She shook her head and found her cloths. She had just pulled on her panties and bra when she saw something move in the corner of her eye. Well this was strange...someone else out here? From what she had gathered no one really strayed out this far. Emily pushed her slender fingers through her long blonde brown hair and looked at the male. He looked pretty good without a shirt but that is she could only see the side of him. He looked sort of familiar...and she couldn't place why.
She drank in his scent and froze goose bumps breaking out on her skin. "W.." she couldn't even let the words leave her lips. It was him...Emily was shocked and she felt like jello on the inside as she stared at him. It couldn't be him...but it was. It was him...Faolan. Emily quickly gathered her clothes and slipped on the tight skinny jeans and Supernatural imprinted shirt and turned back to him. Did he not see her? She took a step forward her soft smelling scent blowing towards him, she was freshly clean now so she wouldn't smell like a dirty rag. "Faolan....?" Her voice almost cracked at the name. "Is...that you?" Emily's green eyes were trained on him.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Fao shivered slightly, unusual for him since most of the time he was comfortably warm, but he had noticed that he was more sensitive to sensations such as the cold or heat with being back down here on Earth. It was odd to him and almost made him wish he was dead again. Brushing his lengthy bangs out of his two toned orbs, he began to take in the scene beyond the water and further out across. Even a man like him had to admit it was gorgeous out here this time of day and year with the leaves all changed to fall colors and flittering about to messy piles upon the ground. He could sense that it was going to be a frigid winter too, that animal instinct in him told the male so. Fao was just about to reach in his pocket and get his phone out to use the GPS on it when the breeze carried something right by his pierced nose.
At first, he was in a state of utter confusion and did not understand if his sense of smell was playing tricks on him or what. That scent, that wonderfully sweet scent, was one that had not been close in heaven knows how long. Oh how it brought back many enjoyable memories... But she was up there in the Afterlife, as far as he was aware, and so he brushed it off and figured it was someone else. Someone who was be out in the middle of no where like him whom was also lost and had no idea where he was, totally made sense to the lycan male for some reason unknown. A voice, soft and familiar, called out to the Lucian, causing Fao to freeze for a split second before whipping around to face the direction it had came from. His two toned eyes grew wide like a dog staring at a bone and he could not believe what his eyes had fallen upon. Faolan stood there completely still, not able to find his words let alone speak, his mouth hung open slightly. Time had slowed to a crawl at that point but did finally pick right back up to pace after what seemed to be an eternity; he slowly nodded, stuttering,"E-Em? What... What are you doing here?"

Emily was shocked as his head whipped around and he stared. The look in his eyes...it was so...light. He reminded her of a man being able to see a sunset or the stars for the first time. The look almost made her speechless. She stared at him seeing his jaw open caused a small smile to come to her lips. She was amused by his reaction but the shock was still there.
When he spoke it was almost music to her ears. "I...don't know...I've been here for a while...what...I though you were" she paused biting her lower lip like she used to a blush on her features. "I thought you were gone for good? Hell I did to...but...what happened?" She asked him in a soft tone taking another small step towards him. She needed to touch him...to know he was real. She had been alone for so long...no one had bothered to speak to her. She had to know.
In a few short steps she close enough to let her fingers graze his chest. She pulled her hand back when she did shocked. He was real...He as real! Emily could feel the smile grow on her face, god..he was here! Emily took a step back feeling like she was a little to close to him. "W-wow...Fao...I'm not dreaming." She said shock clear in her voice her green eyes glinting in the rising sun.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Faolan thought this was all just a dream, or a nightmare rather, seeing as how it was torture just to be here knowing both of them were dead. It had to be just a trick of the mind, all of this, being back down here on Earth, seeing someone presumed to be dead. If this was death's way of getting back at the Lucian for all the times he had cheated it, this was sick and painful. Up in the Afterlife, he was rotten to her, dumped her for another girl he had knocked up and was engaged to, why would she be daring to get closer to him like this... It took the lycan a moment or two before Emily's question registered in his mind and the male, not knowing the answer himself, offered a small shrug of his broad shoulders. He was still trying to get a grip on the situation that just didn't make a lick of sense to the lad. Fao simply observed her as her hand slowly raised up to brush along his bare chest, his eyes followed her movements then eventually slithered their way up to meet her gaze as she stepped back. How could this be all in his head; he could feel her and she could feel him, it was reality.
She was real, there was no longer a doubt in his mind that she was all there and as real as himself. Now his turn, he stepped closer to Emily and reached out for the woman and brought her into a tight hug. At this point all thoughts had left him, all worry and hesitance that he held within him,"God how I've missed you, Emily... Its been too long." If she still felt the way that she had long ago, that was questionable, but he didn't have much doubt about that at all.

Emily stared at him for a long time. Shock coursed through her slender body when he hugged her. She was still shocked but then she wrapped her arms tightly around him.
"Fao...." she whispered her voice soft in his ear. She breathed in his scent and she shuddered against him. She pressed her body to his in the tight hug. "Its been so long....." she agreed softly biting her lip and pulling away to look into his eyes. "How long have you been here?" She asked softly looking into his eyes her green eyes sparkling.

The lycan pulled her as close as possible against his strong form, inhaling the sweet scent that wafted from her and mingled with his own woodsy odor. There was no mistaking just how real this all was. Faolan nuzzled his way into the crook of her neck and closed his two-toned eyes for a few slow moments to take it all in, take in the familiar warmth and feelings that had overcame him at this place in time. A wide smile spread across his face as he took one last large inhale before she pulled back and he did the same, slowly, and gazed softly into her emerald pools with blue/grey ones of his. Fao kept his arms placed securely around her waist,"A week, maybe two at most. I dunno how I got here but I sure am glad I am now." Gently he chuckled, still smiling, till one last worry dawned on him and he gazed around as if searching for something with no luck. He was wondering if Grayson had also joined her down here, possibly, but it didn't seem so at the moment, not even his scent clung to her."Did... Did Grayson come with you, by any chance?" He asked with hesitance.

When Faloan mentioned Grayson she froze up a bit. Emily licked her lips and sighed. "No.." her voice cracked as she spoke. She tried not to show that she was about to cry. She held back anything and looked up at him. "I'm sorry." She said and rubbed her arm.
Emily felt like it was her fault and him mentioning Grayson made her heart ache. She gently took his hand. "Its...so good to see you Fao." It almost made her heart stop to see him again, it was almost in a new light. She was worried for him, she knew it would be hard for him to hear this.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Faolan had a flicker of hope at least, a very miniscule flicker, that was soon drowned in the harsh reality that their son was not here with her and her tone underlined something deeper. Unfortunately it didn't sound positive... Worry filled the lycan at that moment that nearly caused him to whine unhappily. If she was down here without him who was with Grayson? Where was he and was he safe? What happened to their son? Thousands of questions raced through Fao's mind that only dampered his mood further, made it worse; he then felt her hand take his in her own and snapped back to reality. He gently squeezed her hand for reassurance and slowly brought it to his lips to kiss it. Faolan gazed back up at her his smile returning a bit and he pulled the girl closer to him again, leaning in he brushed her hair behind her ear,"We've got much catching up to do... Wanna go get a coffee?"

Emily saw it all in his eyes when she said them. She regretted having to tell him, because as long as she had been here she had worried. She had tried so hard to not worry but she figured if Grayson were still anywhere it would be with someone that he could at least call a parent. She bit her lip in that thought now. She prayed that Fao's mom...or someone in the lucain family had him.
Emily sucked in a soft breath and gave a weak smile as Fao squeezed her hand and kissed it tenderly. Such a lovely man, even if he was a player. She leaned against his warm body feeling a rush of warmth as he tucked some soft hair behind her ear. "Yes I would like that very much Fao." Emily kissed his cheek and smiled, maybe they could start anew.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Faolan gently cleared his throat and gave a small nod, still smiling as she accepted his offer of going out on this pleasant morning. All his treat of course and he needed something to help the slight hangover that plagued him, coffee would do the trick for sure. Drawing up a comb from his pocket, he raked it through his messy black hair and fixed it to his liking, he needed a mirror but this would have to do for now. Tucking the comb back into its place, he spoke up once more and kept her hand in his."Alright then, lets find out way out of these woods." Hopefully she knew how for Fao couldn't recall just which way he had come in from or even which way would lead them back to the city. It would take quite some time for him to gather his bearings but after maneuvering the territory for a while he would eventually become familiar with it; Sotu.
Giving her hand another gentle squeeze, he began to walk with her beside him, it felt extraordinary to have Emily back in his life once more and reminded him of just how much he had missed her company. Faolan had nearly reverted back to his old ways since arriving here; those player habits of his, technically he had but now his morals were coming into question by himself. Could he sacrifice his freedom to do what and who he pleased, or continue on the right path that he had set for himself back in the Afterlife? Being back in the shoes of a player felt right in his mind but not in his heart. This was an internal conflict that he did not know how to deal with. Right now, he was more focused on the moment at hand; going and getting a few cups of coffee with a long lost lover.

Emily felt that he was thinking and as they walked she felt herself thinking of how he was. He had changed at least a little bit. As she squeezed his hand she thought of how he had changed. He seemed more calm relaxed, but she could smell booze on him..
But that was a typical Lucain, they always drank. She drank to but not as much as when she had Grayson. She had picked up her backpack before she left and now reached into it and pulled out a granola bar. "Here." She said softly. "If your hungry." She gave a soft smile and continued walking.

Bryce looked towards the moon that was barely visible through the thick trees luckily not much leaves were on them anymore. The bark was only the thing strong enough to protect the trees inner coating. Giving a soft sigh Bryce touched his hands against the rough bark and took in a giant whiff of the fresh pine and oak. His dark blue eyes sharpened and then suddenly his wolf instincts decided to show instantly he took off his hair blowing into the wind as the whole forest rushed past him in a blur of course he could go even faster in his wolf form but he didn't feel like shifting entirely. In fact he was just wanting to clear his head, his sister was here but how was he supposed to waltz right up to her and tell her that they were here. She would be so pissed at him maybe play it cool and pretend that he had no clue that she was even here. Course Sam wouldn't buy that, he barely did.
His legs bent in as he extended himself in the air as he felt the gravity began to pull him downwards he quickly landed with knees bent against the earth floor. Giving a wolf like grin his teeth turned into sharp canines. He then once more began to run forward, dodging the low branches. He heard running water and then slowed to a jog then to a soft walk. Breath hardly gone he went towards the cool liquid and crouched down by the bank. Pressing his hands into the water he made it into a cup and then pulled the H2O towards his lips taking letting the cold water rush down his throat. He splashed the rest of the water into the river and then wiped the access water on his jeans. Leaning back up he looked towards the sky the snow began to fall gently, the cold never bothered him since werewolves could withstand the sharper weather.

Rory fluttered hesitantly in the shadows, her eyes trained on the male in front of her. Rapidly, her shimmering wings beat against one another, keeping her suspended in the air. Dark blue orbs gazed upon the brunette male that had immediately put Aurora on edge for some reason. She couldn't see his face all too well, but something about him was so familiar...She watched as he leaned over the babbling brook, his hands dipping into the cool water. He brought it to his mouth before leaning back, and looking up at the sky....so she wasn't detected yet. That was good; Rory didn't like approaching people in her Fae form. Men especially. Yet it was the only true form of protection she had; her snake-like vines with their poisonous thorns. Rory was torn; play it safe and charm the pants off of the boy or go in defenseless....she chose the latter.
The petite female dropped into a crouch as she fell, with a barely audible thud. Standing up, she wiped the bit of dirt gathered on her palms against the front of her ripped jeans. Rory straightened her sleeveless white blouse, shivering slightly at the cool air that brushed up against her exposed skin. Perhaps raiding Keegan's closet for something to wear wasn't the best idea...Rubbing at her goosebumps, Rory peeked around the tree to make sure that the boy was still there. Satisfied when he was, she reached up and pulled the back beanie down, covering her pointed ears easily, while looking stylish. It was why Rory adored this hat's design. Taking a deep breath, she stepped out from behind the tree and began to hesitantly approach.
"Hey, you!" Rory called out, in her trilling soprano. Each step towards him made a crunching noise, as her Marvel Comic styled vans made contact with the partially-frozen ground. The wind whipped around Aurora, blowing her dark red hair to the side as she wrapped her arms around her chest. Pushing forward through the wind, she eyed the boy, obviously not recognizing him yet. "W-what are you doing out here? You'll catch a c-cold." Rory fought to keep the chatter out of her teeth as she worried for the poor boy's health, above her own. Typical Rory.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
The he-wolf paused as he heard a small noise but then shrugged it off probably a bunny or something. That's when another noise this time of light footfalls into the snow. Bryce gave a small growl and his canines were back out from his gums as well as ten sharp claws that protruded from his fingernails. He then paused as she realized just what it was, a girl... He gave a soft smirk and then allowed his canines and claws to go back to normal. Then he sniffed softly and he remembered that scent, where has he smelt it before. It smelled like Sam but not quite then he gave a soft shake of his brown locks that clung in waves around his forehead. As she commented about his black shirt he gave her a look up and down, she was wearing hardly anything. The top half of her was barely covered except for a tube top that left her arms and shoulders bare no wonder her teeth was chattering.
He stood up to face the young Fae and then starred at her for a few more moments and then gave a soft shrug, he didn't remember her but she knew she was familiar, "I'm not sensitive to the cold." He said dryly then turned his dark blue gaze towards the lake then back to the chattering young women, "However, your attire doesn't look as if it's winter clothing. Do you usually dress like that when you go out in the snow?" He asked lightly with a small quirk of his lips in a light smirk. The Lycan male dipped his head softly towards the girl, "I'm Bryce." Then he finally got a good look of her, the red headed beauty was finally able to register into his mind, Aurora... One of her sister's best friends. How it didn't click beforehand he wasn't sure. Giving a small laugh he gave a small 'Hmph', "Well, well, well if it isn't my good ole buddy, Tinkerbell. Haven't seen you since Highschool." He went over towards her and smushed her into a big hug, his warm body heat cloaking her for a moment or two before he placed her back on her feet, "What are you doing here?" He asked lightly, "And wearing... That?" He asked not knowing Rory had deserted her geeky shirts.
Haven't seen you since Highschool." He went over towards her and smushed her into a big hug, his warm body heat cloaking her for a moment or two before he placed her back on her feet, "What are you doing here?" As Rory looked at the male, she realized he wasn't lying. He really was not affected by the cold. She, however, wasn't so lucky. As he commented on her attire, Rory looked down at herself. So much was showing, all the way to her cute little belly button ring; a Tinkerbell charm dangling from it. She normally didn't dress like this, no, especially not when going out into the snow. But it was a new life, a new Rory....and all of her clothes were dirty this morning. "No, I don't normally dress like this...." And it had been foolish to do so today, she now realized. Here she was, in the middle of the snowy forest, dressed in skinny jeans and a tube top. The male dipped his head towards her and uttered two perspective-changing words. I'm Bryce. Those two words alone both brightened Rory's mood and darkened it.
"Bryce?" She barely managed to gasp out his name, when two strong arms wrapped around her. Rory was literally swept off of her feet in a hug. Her arms wrapped around him easily and she was delighted by the warmth that his body offered. What delighted her even more was when he used his old name for her. Tinkerbell. Had it really been since highschool? "What's new, Scooby Doo?" Rory couldn't resist asking the question with a grin, as she was placed on her feet. Bryce questioned why she was there next. Rory didn't really know what to say, because she didn't know why they had come here. Just for...change. "I live here. Me and Sam decided that we needed a bit of a scenery change." Rory explained with a shrug. "As for my outfit...it's good, no?" Rory asked, doing a little twirl. She placed one hand on her curvy hip as she looked up at Bryce, offering him a hesitant smile. She had always been shy yet outgoing around him; a deadly combination.

Bryce gave a soft laugh and then rolled his eyes, Ruh roh. Someone isn't thinking happy thoughts." He gave a wink and tapped his temple to his head and then moved towards her ear, "Just kidding." He whispered with a soft smile he pulled away from her ear and then maneuvered his gaze towards the lake watching as a fish jumped out of the dark water and then his gaze went to the grey sky looking as if it may snow again soon. Luckily for him he had a warm body temperature. As she asked if he liked her style choice he gave a small nod, "Yeah..." Okay so he was kinda telling the truth I mean yes this girl looked completely hot not at all the little Rory he left behind. She had boobs and a butt now, giving a slight scolding as he told himself that this was her sisters best friend. That's when his eyes widened a little, "You know where Sammy is?" He asked a little excited. He needed to speak to his favorite sister, well only sister.
That's when he felt a few sprinkles of wetness touch against his arm and he turned his gaze upwards and then frowned, "Alright before that butt gets frozen lets go somewhere warm. How about some hot chocolates, on me." He smiled softly and then took off his jacket and gave it to her to wear, [color:ede8=#blue]"Only if you want to." He said lightly and then began to walk along the forest waiting up for her when she dragged behind due to her short legs and helping her around the slippery parts.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Someone isn't thinking happy thoughts. Bryce's words puzzled Aurora, and as his fingers went to his temple, she found herself scowling. What on earth...."Oh shit!" Suddenly remembering this Deadwood boy's gift, Rory clapped a hand to her mouth. Cheeks flushing, she concentrated on thinking about nothing. Surprisingly, it was a lot harder than she had originally imagined. But it was better than thinking of how hot Bryce looked....And there she went again. There was no getting around it. Suddenly his lips were at her ear, whispering. Just kidding. The feel of his warm breath so close to her sent a shiver down the girl's spine. Immediately, relief swept through her, and she thought that maybe, just maybe she had been lucky enough to keep her thoughts to herself. He looked away then, and Aurora looked down, awkwardly tapping her foot against the frozen ground.
As he commented on her outfit, Rory raised an eyebrow. Yeah. Just one little word, yet she had no clue what it meant. Did he mean yeah, she looked good? Or maybe he meant yeah, as in 'Yeah, stop talking about this, you're just a kid.' With her luck, it was probably the latter...Immediately self conscious, she looked down, allowing her hair to cover up as much as her face as possible as she concentrated on drawing patterns in the snow with the tip of her sneaker. He seemed to perk up when she mentioned Samantha, and Rory found herself looking up at him, curiously. He didn't known where she was? "Of course I know where she is." Rory said, rolling her eyes. "She is my best friend, after all."
As Bryce offered hot chocolate, Rory found herself reluctantly nodding. "Sure, that sounds awesome." She offered Bryce a hesitant smile. Why on earth do I keep going out in public with insanely gorgeous guys? I can already feel the death glares I'm bound to get. As Rory thought this, her mind flashed back towards the day she had accompanied the twins to the mall. What a time that had been...."Oh, thanks." Rory said softly, slipping into his jacket. It was entirely too big and the sleeves dangled down past her waist, but it was warm and Rory was grateful. So, the two started walking along the forest path, back towards civilization. Aurora often fell behind and nearly broke her neck on the patches of ice, but she enjoyed his company.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
Cloaked in black, the soaring specimen cooed, but a soft lullaby from its hooked beak. Adrift, she was alive, the winds lapping at her scattered feathers, soothing her body, calming the nerves that had drove her into flight. It was a beautiful feeling, something that only the gifted could understand, those that could morph themselves into an entirely new being, and feel their bodies recoil and twist to mirror that of the animal kingdom that they so desired to represent. The creature settled atop of its former perch, powerful feet securing their position, before it ducked beneath a pile of clothing and surfaced as a female of pure beauty, of peculiarity in her abyss of unnatural defiance in regards to the world’s definition of a normality. A delicate finger trailed through the crooks and crannies that found themselves woven into the bark of her current residence, a pair of legs, coated brown through the shield of her leggings, swinging playfully from their height, not bothered in the slightest to hold herself at a distance from the ground that only birds located in privacy. Red lips parted to usher a child’s tune, something youthful and innocent, inscribed with the doings of kindness and therefore untouched by the darkness of any misguided shadow. Soft was its rhythm, enveloped in her own delicacies as slowly, carefully, she pried herself apart from her place of comfort and fiddled down the various trunks of the tree as though a monkey that exhibited expertise in its ability to ascend and descend accordingly.
She reached the ground in a timely manner, two feet implanting themselves upon refugee from the danger such immense height proposed, a thoughtful glance skimming its stature, but a semblance of nature and its blissful power, before she departed from its side to settle at the base of the area’s main attraction. She knelt forward, dangling loosely over the water’s edge, tempting her onward, but a caressing allure to have her body consumed by its cold and bitter cling, but it could not have her. Her tune of adolescent song subsided, in the place of newly found quiet and solace a humorous giggle surfacing, cracking and breaking the breath taking tranquility with its gentle roar, soft and outspoken in its unusual pierce of the otherwise untouched atmosphere. She gathered a small portion of the water in her pale hands, drops seeping through the cracks in her laced fingers, before she fully clasped them as one, fitting into one another as though they belonged, as they did, until every last droplet of the refreshing waters had returned to where it was that they were meant to be. She observed in silence, prying apart the world’s fragilities as though each was their own con artist, holding secrets from her eyes that she daringly wished to perceive. As though the water was indifferent, a murderer, and such was true given its lack of decency, how it would consume into its depths the form of any who wished to permanently slumber, like acid in their lungs as it burned away, disintegrated and intoxicated, the explosive need for oxygen.
She stepped away, her body woven into a graceful dance, artistic and elegant, as a single shoe pivoted in the sand and left implementations behind in its mark. She settled herself into a seat in the grass, ethereality clinging to her heels as the lively shades of green engulfed her feet and the palm of her finely set hands as they reached toward the ground, bringing forth from the earth a yellow flower, twirling it in the tips of her fingers before making the plant arrive at a steady stop mid-air. Picking apart from its base the pretty petals that decorated its core, she released them to the whirlwinds of the air so that they may be carried upon whichever path was deemed fitting, to travel in bliss and in harmony until they may land, left untouched by the world until to cross paths with another of such benevolence, of pure immortality in the face of an endless aging that dare not be considered.

Re: Mirror's Edge Lake
It's quiet, Not quiet as in dead silence, but quiet as in you can hear the owl hoo-ing, grasshoppers singing, the fish rippling in the water, the sound of wind as it blows by along with the footsteps.
Ella never really been a fan of the woods, let alone the earth element, She heard rumour that there is a lake within the woods, that the surface is like a mirror reflecting everything it sees. Ella being who she is was curious about this, being a Nymph, a curious creature anyway. She was going to be in her element within roughly ten minutes or at least she hopes. Ella liked the tallness of the tree and the mud on the ground after morning due and frost, rainy days, foggy day too. Yet sunny days weren't have favorite and today it is quiet sunny for this late afternoon.
She walks barefoot, it never bothered her the fact she could so easily damage her feet as she walked, yet she just didn't care. She could is feel the ripples in the water. Thats right her element is water, she can tell where the closest place that has water, with it's polluted or not, the creatures that swim in it.
Touching each tree as she places, she could smell the water in the air, it's smells pure, in one way Ella describe the taste of it as crystal. Something that is beautiful yet unknown to most who isn't a Water Nymph.
The sun kissed skin unties the strings around at the back of her neck as she walks through the last lot of trees. Another Rumour, not many people come here. Thin red cloth of her thin kaftan flowed off her form, falling off her flawless skin, slipping of her skin as if it's skin and onto the moss covered ground. Shortly following was the crimson colour bra, that once covered her bigger then a handful breasts. Leaving a trail behind of her clothing the last object came off just before the shore matching crimson brazilian knickers greets where the sand and the ground meet.
Ripples.
The lake ripples as Ella unashamed form sunk into the water sinking into it quickly going under the water and deeper in. Her eyes closed as the water caresses her skin, greeting her like an old friend as she skins into deeper depth of the lake.
(Open to anyone, with Ella in her nature, unashamed nude water Nymph.)
