Greetings, young traveler! Looks like you've stumbled upon our little slice of heaven here in Sotu. Don't worry, we already know what you are, you're not like those common humans, you're something more. As fellow creatures, we welcome you. There's other around here just like you and I, many of us actually. We are right under your nose. But shh... Don't give us away now, we really don't need humans finding out. It's our little secret...

Welcome to Sotu v.2! An all level supernatural creature role play taking place in a haven built just for the supernatural though we coexist secretly with mortals. 100 years ago, war plagued our once beautiful home, turning everything upside down till nothing but rubble and bodies remained. Life had seemed cease... The four clans, exhausted and thin in numbers, had finally given up and declared a truce between themselves, vowing never to go to a war so deadly as before, to make sure that their one and only home flourished once more.

And now, Sotu has done just that, expanding far past it's original borders and returning to it's once majestic state. Mortals have since migrated here as well, providing an adequate food supply and excellent cover for those returning to their human forms. Life has returned normal for most though old blood still has yet to allow ancient grudges grow.

Its up to you where we go from here. Keep the peace, or bring war back to our lands...

Hell-High Cemetery Empty Re: Hell-High Cemetery

CLICK. CLICK. CLICK. The quiet sound of her leather boots hitting the loose stone seemed to be the only sound in the abandoned graveyard. Besides the howling winds that tossed her chocolate brown hair every which way. CLICK. CLICK. CLICK. She made her way across the loose stone into the white crisp snow. A soft crunch came from under her foot and she paused bending down. Shifting the snow with her black gloved hand she pulled out a now snapped bone. Moving more of the fresh fallen snow Eris noticed a human skull. Setting the now snapped bone back in the snow she continued walking through the cemetery. Not many came around it seemed. There were no fresh scents. Even the bones of that creature had been there since before the first snow fall. Brushing off the snow from her black pea coat her eyes wandered over the abandoned burial ground looking for something. Every year on this day she paid the same gravestone a visit. Never left any flowers but came faithfully every year. Finally she spotted the one she was looking for. Tameron Eris. Her fallen husband. His name stood for 'Immortal Hunter' when translated but not everything is immortal. A scorned woman is nothing to mess with. So of course she had been the cause of his death but not many knew it. No one remembered the famous couple. The deadliest vampires to ever walk the earth. He had made her a monster. Never caring never trusting and never loving. Walking towards the plain stone an evil glint sparkled in her blue-green eyes. She had never hated anyone as much as she hated him. Brushing the snow off of his tombstone she whispered to no one, "Happy Anniversary Tameron. 5,000 years. Who would of thought?" Pulling her hand back she was able to see her reflection in the stone. Of course he wasn't buried here. She had burned his body after draining him dry.

"Certainly not I." A dark masculine voice came from behind her and she whipped around and her eyes went wide. "T-Tameron..but your dead." His dark chuckle struck fear in her heart so deep it made her body shiver. "Oh but I'm not my dearest. I've come back for you." Ambrosine shook her head after all this time how could he be alive it was impossible. Then her eyes caught something he had no shadow. "You're just a ghost. You're trying to haunt me." Bravely she walked up to him and shoved her hand right through his head. It went through like a hologram. He was just her imagination trying to haunt her. "Stupid ass. Quit trying to haunt me from the grave." She growled and as quickly as the ghost had appeared it was gone but she still couldn't shake the feeling someone was watching her. Tameron was dead she had nothing left to fear in this life.

A dark black she wolf shot out, gracefully, from a nearly unnoticeable hole in-front of a Angel statue that served as a grave marker. She shook herself, waves racing through her thick fur.

She looked  all around her, sniffed the air for strangers. Seeing none, she moved over to a small, empty plot yet to have any bodies in it. She sat, her tail curling to land on her paws, her head bowed.

This is where her parents might have been buried had they had something to bury. Or some other place similar to this one. She felt one watery tear escape her right eye, felt it soak into the silky fur as it seemed its way down her muzzle.

Her human side was also present, crying fiercely, yet with no tears or sounds. The she-wolf just stayed there, then headed back to the opening in front of the angel statue. She went in, then came back out smoothly, a dark, bloodstained clump of clothes in her grasped in her jaws.

She padded softly, carefully towards the small space, dropping the clothes in the center.

The girl she'd been once was gone, now, only the werewolf remained. The pain that came with those memories would be buried, locked, forgotten somewhere deep inside her where it'd never see the light.

She sniffed the clothes once, the scent of her families blood filling her nostrils and burning into her minds memory forever. She lay down by them, her he as on her paws. She watched moon beams hit and glance of the angel statue under which her temporary wolf home was. She stood, head lowered in respect before trotting back to the makeshift den.

It was what shed been able to dig on short notice, only for when she shifted without control so as to avoid humans, the cementary calmed the wolf, therefor she wouldn't kill savagely the way shed done so long ago.

Before entering she let out one quiet, low howl. She doubted any of the resident werewolves, would hear, unless they were very near the cementary.

Hell-High Cemetery Empty Re: Hell-High Cemetery

Post by Deadwood Boys September 13th 2014, 12:07 am

Lucas, the eldest of the Deadwoods, began to trample along the terrain his large padded paws hitting against the dead leaves and soft damp earth. He slowly lowered his head towards the ground and gave a sharp sniff. A she-wolf has been recently coming by here and he was slightly curious on what is going on. Rogue wolves were sometimes a threat but she didn't seem like it. Lifting his head he walked forward once more before coming to the opening of the large graveyard. He wasn't really afraid of this place and he slowly look towards a certain area where a bunch of roses were. He noted the wilted ones were replaced and he began to walk forward. Bright green hues starred at the etched in stone that was still new, "Aurora" "Loving Mother and Mate." He slowly lowered his large head the dark brown wolf starring at the place where his brother's mate remained. He was always so upset and his daughter never even got to see her. Bryce never said goodbye. Strange how life does that.

His eyes were still against the stone when he heard something behind him the wolf squared his shoulders and quickly turned on his heels ready to pounce if needed. Seeing no one as he starred through the darkness he gave a low snuff in annoyance and moved forward pressing his nose to the rough stone and whimpering lightly. Finally, he moved back away and perked his ears as he heard a low and soft Howl.

Making his way towards the sound the he-wolf paused and starred at a she-wolf that was a few feet away from him. Giving a low grumble he watched her closely in case she attacked on him. Eyes gleaming a bright shade of jade he gave a low howl in return to her own and then moved forward. Slowly... Then advanced his gaze twirled around the black wolf the same color of his sister. He thought it was her at the moment and that's when he caught her scent and he skidded to a halt. His paws backing up as he gave a small growl, mostly to himself, "I thought you were someone else." He said in a gruff voice not liking the way he talked in his wolf-form, "What are you doing in a cemetery?" He asked easily.

(Really short. Sorry darlin)

(It's alright. Thank you))

She startled, she'd been caught In a plummet of memories, revisiting the brighter ones as she howled, she hadn't noticed the male. She was instantly aware of how she was in heat, no deeply, but just starting to make the pheromones that made males aware of it.

Instead of replying to his question, she growled quietly, her head bowing slightly to protect her throat, her legs bunched to leap away, or towards and attack. She didn't know him, only knew he was a strange wolf.

She wasn't going to trust easily. Yet she could get information....he didn't seem that dangerous. She stopped her growl, relaxed her muscles a bit. She hoped he thought it had only been because he'd startled her.

Aware of the slight pheromones and of her own wolfs beauty and 'enchantment', she approached the male with a smooth, mildly seductive lope, as if she was unaware it was like that. She stopped in front of him, two feet or so. Sitting, she curled her tail forward to land on her front paws, inclining her head just so to make herself look innocent and as non-threathening as possible. She knew human males were attracted to that, the beauty and innocence. How different could a male werewolf be?

"I was ....I was laying someone to rest" she said, her voice smooth and alluring, caring a small undercurrent of wolffish ness in it. His voice had been rough, yet hers wasn't. She wondered if she was different that way, if maybe all wolves had rough voices yet she didn't have it ...not as bad anyways.

And she'd told he truth, she had been laying someone to rest, her completely human self. Not exactly a lie that he didint know that 'laying someone to rest' didn't include a dead body.

"You?" She asked very timidly, looking up from under her dark and long she wolf lashes.

The bright emeralds of the he-wolf blinked as he starred towards the other dark wolf. His eyes narrowing slightly as he took in a soft whiff and he hadn't noticed it before but the she-wolf's pheromones were acting up at a seductive little way, huh, so she was in heat. His eyes lightened as the wolf tried to fight for control and he quickly shook his head and gave a low snort trying to hold the wolf back so his humanity still shown, luckily, she wasn't in the height of the heat wave and he could control the wolf somewhat. He noticed the way she held herself as she was ready to defend or attack and he slowly backed up to give the she-wolf some space he wasn't interested in fighting at the moment especially if there were still unresting spirits lurking a around.

He waited for her to calm down and when she did he did as well. Slowly he began to withdraw the tenseness in his large muscles that formed under his glossy brown coat. Giving a low snuff he watched as she began to maneuver towards him the pheromones starting to plunge into his nostrils as they flared out and in. Giving a low growl he backed himself once more away not wishing for the wolf to take over.

Continuing to keep her in his vision he soon paused himself as she had managed to get in front of him her smaller frame dropping on her haunches and he gave a small nod in greetings trying not to breathe from his nose instead he began to pant tongue lolling out as he tried to make the excuse it was hot in the summer even though there was a nice breeze. As she began to speak he gave a small nod, "I'm sorry to hear about your loss." He said a little less growl-like since he wasn't used to talking in his wolf form usually Bryce helped him by communicating through their minds since Bryce was a very skilled mind reader.

As she asked about what he was doing here he straightened his shoulders and decided to tell a little fib, "Hmm... In the neighborhood and decided to pay my respects to someone dear to my family." He said easily and then moved down to settle on his own haunches noticing the way the she-wolf looked all sweet and innocent he gave a small snuff. She-wolves, always girlie and delicate little things, well, besides his baby sister Sammy she sure as hell was a little she-devil sort of wolf and always kept him up on his paws.

She was testing his control, she knew that. And she liked it. She wanted to see the limitations of other werewolves, wanted to compare them to her own. She knew she was walking the line, she didn't really care. She could take care of herself.

As he started panting, her eyes narrowed slightly, barely, but noticeably, and she took a few steps back. Her more sensible side was making a bit more...well, sense. She took a moment to 'scan' him, making note of things that could favor , or un favor her in a fight. She tilted her head as he spoke, he sounded just a tad less wolf like.

She nodded, yet her eyes also hardened , becoming cold for a second or two, betraying exactly how un defenseless and innocent she clearly wasn't. Hopefully, he hadn't noticed, or if he had, he might've confused it with something else. Hopefully.

She could tel by the way his muscles reacted to the her question that what he said wasn't exactly the truth, and then began worrying to herself that maybe her pheromones weren't exactly as unnoticeable as she thought they were. That maybe, they had brought him here from who knows where. Again, she moved back some more before sitting down again.

Still trying to keep up the innocent and childlike facade, she sighed, turning a way for a moment. She looked back at him, under her lashes before speaking. Seeming a little crestfallen and disappointed she spoke expecting to sound curious, or hopeful instead of what she really was doing, attempting to force information from him with him not even knowing.

"Oh. " she sighed it out, letting a diminutive silence pass before saying more. "I thought maybe....that maybe you were from a pack around here. " thinking that might not appear innocent enough, she added;" I've been alone so long....I jut thought ...you know, maybe someone had come to find me." Her voice was low, small, weak and feeble like. In her own mind, she wondered how long she could keep acting so weak and helpless. It frustrated her not knowing things, not being able to completely rely on herself. She didn't know when the wolf might take over, or when she'd break some wolf law of all werewolves she could be punished by.

She did not like having to pretend to be less in front of a male.

Hell-High Cemetery Empty Re: Hell-High Cemetery

The male had studied the she-wolf as she began to move around all over the place. The sweet voice of hers making his ears perk up every time she spoke as if not being able to resist. It could just be that the female was in heat but she had proven that she didn't want anything to do with him by moving away. Quite frankly Lucas didn't want to take advantage of the girl if his wolf side had began to loose control and grab that piece of tail. He slowly shook out his head and maneuvered his form away from her. Trotting off a few feet circling the angel statue that she had apparently been sleeping by... Huh... Usually wolves found comfort in the woods not cemeteries his first choice would not be here. Sure, call him a baby but when dead carcasses and rotting flesh are below your feet you'd wouldn't want to sleep here.

He had seen the simple flicker of a cold glare but he didn't think anything of it. Females were like that one day there are happy go lucky and by mid morning they wanted to rip your balls off just cause you said that she's being a bitch. It's the truth, girls were just too damn sensitive. Lucas slowed down and moved his ears as they swiveled in her direction, "The pack? Ah, yes. My sister had taken residence in that pack. However, my brother and I are pretty rogue. We have our own business here but it doesn't involve a pack. Actually, it doesn't involve Hawthorne's pack rather then Samantha's." He smirked knowing she wouldn't know what he was talking about but it didn't matter.

Hearing her speak up once more he gave a small roll of his shoulders, "Someone had come to find you? He said in a rather snooty attitude. Hey no one said he was nice and unlike Bryce or Simon he was close to Henry, "Listen, sweetheart, I have news for you. No one is going to be looking for you. And if they are shouldn't you be looking for them too? It isn't a one sided thing. So, what I suggest you do is if you wish to go off and join the pack walk your pretty little butt over in the woods and use that sniffer you got on the end of your muzzle and sniff 'em out. Cause I can guarantee no one's gonna find you while your chilling in a cemetery." Harsh? Yes. Good advice? Yes. Could he have said it any nicer? Nah. He gave a small growl under his breath, "Oh... And innocence gets you no where except at the bottom of the food chain. Careful, pup, being in heat and out alone can get you in trouble." He gave a slow snort and began to trot off.

Srry for the late reply))

She liked the attention, in a way,but detested that it was aimed at the femeninley weak act she was playing. As the male began to circle the statue under which shed made her home, her fur began to rise. Slowly , the fur murmuring and shifting as it began to bristle . She could tell by the way the wolf moved that he found it strange she be here, and more that it was her home.

She herself had found a sort of relief in the cemetery, though even then, it still made her shivers but when she thought of those that lay dead beneath her.

As his attention went back to her, she shifted on her back paws for a moment, making it seem as if her hips had swayed for a moment, as if she was about to step forward. She hoped, that this movement, would divert his attention from the fact that she was struggling to calm the bristling of her fur. It had raised only slightly, yet it was noticeable if one paid attention.

Out of what he spoke, she focused on the fact he had a sister and a brother, and that by the way he spoke, there were two packs. The fact he had siblings might be useful later, though she doubted it, and the knowledge of there being at least one pack was a tad soothing.

By the way he spoke next, she lether fur rise enough to show that she was not pleased by his attitude. The thoughts of keeping the act of innocent and helpless fled her mind for a few moment at the way he spoke to her , her mind set on defending herself from the way his tone bordered on insulting.

"I never said they had to did I?"she responded to his first question, snapping the words out at him.

She stepped forward, her step heavy,a but menacing as his words continued. She didn't speak to him more, not until he was finished. Her tail was lifted curled up a bit. Her eyes were narrowed by the smallest of fractions, the tips of her canines showing. Gone was the facade, the appearance of helplessness. Yet she didn't look like herself either. She looked like a conniving wolf who'd just gotten majorly pissed off at his attitude towards her.

"Don't call me a pup, mutt,I can handle myself just fine and being alone is better than being around the likes of your mangy hide." She growl-barked out. Turning and trotting directly away from him herself. She'd head to the woods alright, and shed find some clearing not yet claimed and mark it as her own.
